L’hôtel en général, son architecture, son emplacement et ses installations. La plage privé et sa tranquillité. Les restaurants et leurs diversités de mets. Le personnel des restaurants, du bar de plage, des chambres, des jardins et du nettoyage. Pas d’enfants. La calme. Pas trop d’activités et peu bruyantes.

Le personnel de la réception et des bars intérieurs, qui n’est vraiment pas accueillant, voir désagréable et autoritaire.

Breakfast was a good selection. Lunch at the beach cafe was nice. Staff were very welcoming and polite.

The drinks are low quality vodka and rum. I had a bit of diarrhoea and my friend had diarrhoea and a fever for 2 days after eating something in the restaurant in the evening on Thursday 17th August. She was just about able the fly home on the 19th after not eating anything for 36 hours! She has had a tummy bug for another 4 days since she’s been back. Very disappointed - ruined our last 2 days in Tunisia. Management should have offered us a refund for the last night!

Employees needs to improve their communication skills! Some has an attitude, especially 3 people in the reception. Not meaning all some receptionist were really helpful!

Beautiful well maintained property with lovely grounds and 2 pools. Ocean front with the cleanest beach we saw while in Tunisia.

I stayed at every all inclusive resort in Sousse. This is by far the best and the only one that should be 5 star. There were two other all inclusive resorts in Sousse, I won’t mention any names. The quality here is way better. (service, food, rooms, views). it’s legit. the other places weren’t. Stay here.
