New, clean and well equipped appartment near the ski resort. Easy access, a lot of parking space, wellness, children´s playroom.

Very strict accomodation rules (on top of the cleaning fee you will be charged high amounts for not taking out garbage, cleaning all dishes or even €20 if you forgot something in the fridge). The lady at the reception at checkout was not in the best mood to say the least (the staff at checkin was excellent).

Moderní ubytování v nových apartmánech blízko centra města Hinterstoder a blízko k lanovce. Pěkný výhled z balkonu na hory. Kuchyňka je plně vybavená a lze připravit jakékoliv jídlo. Byli jsme se vším spokojeni.

Bed bugs you have to deposit money for everything you can get penalized for everything you have to take trash out yourself no fresh towels used toilet paper no kitchen utensils no ventilation while cooking and if smoke detector goes off you are fined 750€ WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS PLEACE

Brötchenservice war super praktisch; die Zimmer sehr geräumig und mit viel Stauraum. Küche gut ausgestattet, Personal sehr nett. "Fuhrpark" für Kinder ist top!

Im Wasserkocher war Schimmel - ich bekam sofort einen neuen und wurde auch dafür entschädigt. Jedoch braucht so was nicht unbedingt passieren.

We stayed here during the Formula 1 weekend, as this place was 1 hour drive away and seemed like a good price/quality ratio considering that prices are skyrocketing during the F1 weekend. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, our apartment was clean and fully equipped. We could order fresh bread for breakfast the day before (except on Sunday).

The ventillation system turned on automatically in the bathroom when you turned the lights on and it was very loud and brought in some food smell. The fridge was also crazy loud, we actually had to turn it off for the night otherwise we couldn’t have slept.

Nice location and view.

We were disappointed to find that there was no room cleaning during our stay, especially considering that it is customary to have cleaning services for guests staying multiple nights. We stayed for six nights, so it would have been appreciated if the property could take this into consideration in the future. Additionally, there was no kitchen exhaust in the apartment we occupied, forcing us to open all the windows while cooking. This lack of ventilation made our experience quite uncomfortable. We kindly request that this issue be addressed. Furthermore, it would be beneficial for the property to assign car parking spots closer to the building, especially when there are ample available spaces and the property is not busy. In our case, we were assigned a parking space on the opposite end of the building where we were staying, while all the parking spots near the building remained vacant throughout our six-night stay. This was quite inconvenient and not a pleasant experience for guests.
