I booked this property for us to stay in to attend my nieces wedding. Booking was easy and Jenny was quick to reply with any communication. The Condo is exactly as described and we had plenty of room for four adults. Facility was exceptionally clean and well equipped. My son and nephew had fun fishing off the boat slip and we enjoyed watching the numerous turtles and catfish that were looking for treats. Upstairs condo could be heard, but no worse then when my kids were little. There was ample amounts of silverware, dishes, pots and pans as well as towels and linens. I have stayed at other Vrbo locations that were not as well prepared for our visit. This was definitely NOT the case with this listing. Groceries and gas are with a reasonable travel distances. I would recommend this listing and would rebook myself if we travel this way again.

We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay at this condo! Nice and clean. Cozy and comfy. The hosts provide detailed information regarding the condo and respond almost immediately to any questions. The view is amazing and the location is perfect. We highly recommend this condo!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our time here. The mornings spent enjoying coffee and watching the occasional turtle swim by - the peace and quiet - all made for a very relaxing stay. The condo is awesome! It is not only quite comfortable it is also super cutely decorated! Owner responded immediately when we had a question - so no problems there. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great time with my wife and kids! Last minute booking and we were happy to find it. I'll bring my boat next time and park it in the slip that's attached to the property. Great views from the patio and clean living quarters.

We have a long history with Horseshoe Bay but haven't been there since 2018. We talk about how relaxing it always was sitting on the deck and looking at the water and the boats going by. When I started planning this birthday surprise trip the location of the condo was very important and this one met all of our expectations. It is directly on the water, but in a quieter part of the lake. The view is awesome - check out the sunsets! The condo was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated. The furniture is comfortable and attractive. You have an assigned parking space so that is one less thing to worry about. We will be back!

A perfect condo for our son and his partner for the weekend. We had booked this condo for its location and their pets policy. Our son opted not to bring his fur baby but the option was there and it made the choice easy. The condo was clean and wonderful with view of the water. The communication regarding check-in was clear and emailed to us early just in case we had any questions. The owner seems super easy going and very welcoming. We would definitely rent the place again and recommend it to everyone.

Jenny is great, condo is wonderful - especially the porch and the location. We cooked both dinner and breakfast and found the kitchen to have more than everything we needed which isn't always the case in rental properties! We used the day docks and did a bit of swimming right off the landing. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Immaculate and relaxing. We spent the majority of the weekend on the balcony overlooking the water. We were fortunate with 60 degree temps in January, cozy blankets, coffee and wine.
We look forward to returning in the summer with our kiddo to enjoy the many outdoor activities the area has to offer.

We stayed over the New Year’s weekend. We really enjoyed the property. It was clean, easy to get to and the weather was perfect. Jenny was very responsive and quick to help answer any questions. Our kids loved the proximity to the lake and the view.
We will definitely stay here again when we visit Horshoe Bay.

Great location and place to stay. Check in/out process was easy and the owner was quick to respond to my questions. Day docks were available for our boat the entire weekend. Condo was clean and had all we needed. Condo is on the second floor but was not a problem at all bringing in luggage and groceries. We will stay here again.

This was a nice condo with great location - right on the lake and close to town of Marble Falls. Kitchen was well stocked; beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels in the bath. We would rent again.

This was our fifth stay at this Condo on the lake LBJ. We bring our fur baby each time and he is so familiar with the place now he treats like his own :). The views off the porch are breathtaking. The Condo is so well appointed with all you may need. Jenny is so easy to communicate with. It is on the property of Horseshoe Bay. Wonderful Restaurant there and abilities to rent jet skis and boats. Location is fabulous. Marble Falls only 5 miles away with great restaurants and shopping on Main Street. Frederickburg only hour away. Texas Napa. Coming from California this was a fun find. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

The condo was clean and very comfortable. Nice views with easy dock access. We visited Labor Day weekend, so the peninsula was hopping and noisy. The neighbors smoked throughout the weekend so we did not enjoy the patio as much as we had hoped to.

Great Condo
We had a great time. Condo was in a nice location. We brought our paddle boards with us and locked them conveniently on the dock. The only thing that we would strongly recommend is getting the porch ceiling fan fixed. We followed the directions left but had no luck. It was super hot and the fan would have made the porch so enjoyable. Highly recommend this cute condo!

Waterfront Perfection
Our family of four (plus our pups) are new to Texas and we were looking for a quick getaway from San Antonio but didn't want to spend a ton on airfare or gas to do so, so I started digging around the area. Then I found it...this beautiful condo situated on Lake LBJ with direct access to the lake. Communication and booking was a breeze and arrival/check-in instructions were clear and easy. The condo is on the second floor and upon entrance was exactly what we were hoping for. The Jack and Jill bathroom (separate toilets x2 and a shared shower) was perfect for our family and the bunk beds in the second bedroom worked well for our teenagers. The master bed was lovely and if you love a plush mattress this is perfect for you! The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up some mac n' cheese and slice limes for margaritas. The balcony is lovely with perfect views of the lake. Our 15yo sat out on the cozy chairs for hours reading when she wasn't lounging around the dock with the rest of us. We brought our paddle boards and found the no-wake zone of the lake was perfect for cruising around for hours. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back - it was everything we needed for a mini vacation away from the city and yet so close to home! Thank you for sharing your property with us.
