Condo was dated which was fine. View was gorgeous, and great location near town/coffee shops. We really enjoyed the location, and it was easy to both cook in and eat out from this unit. Parking was also very convenient. Chose this space for the “sleeps 6” - I have two teens and they do not like to sleep together so each wanted own bed. (1) sofa bed was funnel-like, with a deep sunken space in the middle and (2) there weren’t even sheets for the sofa bed onsite which tells me it isn’t considered useable as a bed. Condo manager was responsive and got me sheets by Day 2. But please - bear in mind this condo has two working queen beds only - so two and two who want to snuggle is a better fit. And the shower head is about 5 feet off the ground, for those 6-footers among us!

This property is well tended, not necessarily fancy, but with gorgeous views and all the things you need to have a wonderful vacation. I can’t recommend it highly enough, although I hesitate to do so because it is so wonderful and word will get out! Management does everything in its power to make your stay enjoyable.

This was a very nice and clean fully equipped condo. Right on the beach with beautiful view. The only negative comment is the lighting in the bath areas over the mirror was not good. Everything else was wonderful. Would definitely recommend it.

We asked & confirmed ahead of time about deck gas grill because it was important to us to save $ by cooking in while enjoying beach/ocean view. It was so filthy, stuck on old food, ants & bugs everywhere! Totally unusable. Made sitting on deck impossible until we had to clean. Management never responded. Bathroom toilet & shower/tub unclean as well. Cleaners did come, yet the amt of bleach & chemicals was so much it lingered in air for 2 days. Another annoyance, being as advertised on the beach, we asked if beach towels & chairs were provided. They refused & told us to bring our own ( not sure how to do that on a plane & no major store around !) Yet, the closet was full of kids beach toys & kid chairs. Kitchen was adequate but also not everything clean & missing some cooking essentials. The bedroom decks had no screens on doors , & over parking lot/ street so unusable. 2 out of 3 fire extinguishers were bad, & the one that was ‘in the green’ appeared corroded & was unreachable on deck corner behind grill. No 1st aid kit. Advertised music, books, games but it was a tape cassette boom box with no I pod use. Old paperback books, & a DVD player but no DVDs. While an older place is perfectly fine, we don’t understand why some inexpensive fixes have not been done. ( replace toilet seat & shower door, new coffee pot, & other worn out items, clean grill, update entertainment items, provide inexpensive beach chairs, towels etc-you have a deposit!). Especially with all the extra $fees you charge to take care of customers! -Where & for what does that money go? Location was great, but would only recommend with updates & good customer service for all the money we spent!
