Encantadora casa unifamiliar de Cape Cod / segunda vez que se alquila para el verano. Las revisiones son para el año de 2018, antes de que se completaran todas las renovaciones. Fotos actualizadas el 17/7/19. Muebles nuevos / ubicado a 1 milla / 2 minutos en coche de Parker River Beach. Completamente cercado en el patio trasero. Recientemente renovado con 3 dormitorios, porche delantero, pisos de madera noble, azulejos de porcelana en los pisos de la cocina. Lavadora / secadora en el sótano. Ventana A. C. en los tres dormitorios. La cocina tiene un refrigerador nuevo de tamaño completo, horno microondas, horno tostador, cafetera nueva, tetera y licuadora. Los armarios están equipados con vajilla, cubiertos, ollas y sartenes, asientos de mesa de cocina 6. Esta casa de vacaciones cuenta con 3 dormitorios, BR1 - Queen, BR2 - Full y, BR3 - 2 literas. Sala de estar completa con sofá o sofá de dos plazas, 2 baños completos, 1 televisores de pantalla plana, Internet inalámbrico. Se suministran toallas de papel, papel higiénico, limpiadores para el hogar. Trae tu propia ropa de cama y toallas. Patio con fogata, Mesa con sombrilla, Parrilla de gas. Check-in 2 PM, Salida 10 AM.

The house is very cute, well maintained, and clean. We appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedrooms, linens and towels, all the necessary cleaning supplies and toilet paper. We enjoyed the backyard which had a stone patio with two good sized tables, chairs, and an umbrella. We also took advantage of the propane grill (with propane supplied) and a fire pit.
The kitchen was a good size and had all the tools to do some light cooking. The only downside for us was the coffee machine was a keurig so we ended up buying a cheap Mr. Coffee machine from Target.
The house is on a main street but the noise didn't bother us. We slept fine and the yard was deep enough that we felt the kids were safe to play outside. The property is located right next to a few restaurants and a mini golf/ arcade/ go-carts place. It was nice that you could just walk over. There is a Dollar Tree, a Stop n Shop, liquor store, and an awesome Italian bakery two minutes down the rode.
There are two beaches on the ocean side about 7 minutes away by car. We prefer the bay side beaches, those are about 20-30 minutes away.
Two things we wish had been different is that I messaged the owner twice during our stay but didn't get a response. It wasn't anything too important so it wasn't that big a deal. The other thing is the owner came by twice to retrieve items from the house with no notice. He was very nice and friendly but wished he had contacted us to give us a heads up.
Overall, we had a nice stay.

The house was very clean and provided me with everything i needed,it was in agreat location to everything i needed also,great front porch and back yard with a fire pit and grill,the grill wasn’t working properly so I notified the host and there was a new grill there the next day!I would recommend this property to everyone,

Property was good. You could walk to some attractions to avoid traffic. Not too far from the beach. Our family had a great time.

There is a lot to do in the area for the kids, within walking distance with sidewalks. Close to grocery store, 2 miles from the beach. We spent another week here just the two of us, and it was a great, comfy place for us. Owner was responsive and understanding. It was a great locale for a perfect Cape Cod vacation!

This property is exactly as described. It has been fully renovated and is quite comfortable. The backyard, including the fire pit, was an added great bonus. The owners could not have been nicer or more responsive. Not only did they get back to us immediately to answer any questions or fix any minor issues, but they anticipated our needs, bringing over a new, full gas canister for the BBQ and more lounge chairs for the backyard. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this property. (It is a little noisy at night given that it is on a main street, but with windows closed and A/C on, it is definitely quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.)

The owners of the house had great communication with us throughout the whole week. The house itself is in great condition and has many shops around it. We are so thankful to have stayed here on our trip:) thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was squeaky clean upon arrival and everything was newly renovated, very nicely decorated. The yard is very nice and the driveway is large. The front porch is nice as well. It was a pretty spacious and comfortable home, the kids loved the bunk bed room and the adults loved having 2 full baths. The location is great, kind of in the middle of everything, right on the drag there’s mini golf, tons of food options and your close in driving distance to many beaches. It is on a busy road, the traffic isn’t typically fast moving so it isn’t overly concerning but there is some traffic noise. Also, I was under the impression that the yard was completely fenced in but the side that the driveway is on is open so we were a little concerned about the kids while outside possibly running out towards the road. The queen bed was a little uncomfortable and had a dip in the middle. The only other issue we had was there wasn’t an a/c unit downstairs so it was a little muggy & hot our first few days with the warmer weather. The upstairs a/c’s worked well though. Overall we would stay again!

This property was not as expected. There was construction going on in the back of the house, people were on site and we had no privacy. The house was on a commercial street which was not expected. It was very cold in the house and the heat was not working. There was construction material in the front which was a hazard for the young kids that were there. My husband and I got sick due to the issue with the heat.

The house was clean and functional and accommodated our family perfectly.
With Covid, no linens, towels,... bring your own and right on a busy road. The backyard offers privacy though.

Beautiful and clean house..
Our family of 8 enjoyed this sparkly clean house! It has a well supplied kitchen! With Keurig coffee machine! We loved the convenience of everything :) is close to a golf course, Go kart, super market! A few min from the beach! We didn’t need to drive far to have fun, so it was a plus! Our teens loved it and we are all looking forward to going again soon!

Great location for my friends and I!
The house was clean, well air conditioned, and in a great location for my group. We could walk to the beach as well as breakfast places and a driving range. The backyard was private and spacious. Would definitely book again!

Just ok
Place is roomy enough. Beautifully decorated. Grill was filthy and property is on a very busy road so lots of road noise. Not very well supplied. Overall nice place.

Great Location
Stayed at this home celebrating my daughters 16th birthday with her 3 friends. This was a great home in a good location. Walking distance to mini golf, shopping, ice cream and restaurants. I brought all their bikes and they loved to go to the beach in the evening and the restaurant across the street. The home was clean and the communication with Vania was very good she answered all questions within minutes. Plan to stay again next year.

Summer weekend getaway
In the craziness of the world it was very nice getting out fo the city for the weekend. Vania was in communication, the house was clean, and the location was ideal. We are already looking at a weekend to come back!!
