Ha sido recientemente reformado. Primera planta de un edificio con ascensor. Dispone de un dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio, habitación con dos camas, salón-comedor con sofá cama, cuarto de baño con ducha y cocina abierta, equipada con electrodomésticos y menaje completo. Aparcamiento 20€/día, bajo petición.

After travelling the Pyrenees this was a home away from home with a spacious and comfortable apartment in an excellent location, near but not too close to all the action in the Old Town. Checkin was friendly, helpful and easy thanks to our host. Thanks so much!

My wife and I had a very nice five night stay at Mikel’s property. He met us at the corner restaurant as we arrived early and the apartment was still being cleaned. My wife had a question about the washer so he went back to the apartment, took a picture of the machine, came back to the restaurant and explained how it works. Service you rarely get from a corporate-owned entity.
The apartment is large by European standards, very clean, and with a super comfortable mattress.
Location is also great. Nice old stately neighborhood, and safe. A one minute walk to the river walkway, 5 minutes to a large grocery store, and 10 minutes to old town. One of the nicer apartments on our five week Spain and Portugal adventure.

The owner was very easy to communicate with. He also met me at the bus station to show me the way to the apartment. The place is very conveniently located, within walking distance of everything. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need. It comfortably slept 3.

Mikel's apartment is conveniently located in the city centre. Within minutes you can walk towards the beach, the old town or just go for pintos around the corner. Mikel was a fantastic host and really made us feel at home.

This was a lovely apartment in an excellent location with tons of really good restaurants/bars/coffee within a block. The apartment is spacious and clean with lots of storage. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. It's conveniently located close to the train station and within easy walking distance to just about everything including shopping, parks, and sightseeing. Mikel was such an amazing host. Our flight to San Sebastian was cancelled, delaying us by several hours. He patiently waited for us, staying in contact, giving us tips, meeting us at the park so we knew exactly which bus to get on to go back to the airport, showed us around the town a bit while walking to the apartment, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time we were there. We would definitely stay here again, Thank you Mikel for making our stay so enjoyable!
