We rented this condo unit for our family vacation to Disney World. There were many choices for eating and picking up essentials within walking distance. The condo comfortably accommodated our family of 7. The laundry room was an added bonus!

We stayed here for over a week with 4 kids, ages 2-10, and 3 adults. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it has a sitting room area when you walk in with a pull-out couch in addition to the 4 bedrooms. At the time of this review, this condo comes with a crib with two twin beds and 3 umbrella strollers, plus a sit and stand stroller and a high chair for those with young kids. We did 7 days at Disney, and the location was just perfect! It took us 15 minutes max to get to and from the parks. There are restaurants all around (including a Krispie Cream just 2 mins up the road), and Walmart is 5 mins up the road. Location-wise, we all agreed it was just perfect. My only complaint would be the quality of the furniture. You can tell it's old, possibly secondhand items. The bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable and had noticeable body imprints on both sides. The dressers in the two queen bedrooms seem to be on their last leg as well. The pull-out couch is ripping at the seams along the top. That being said, the dining room table is perfect for large families. It is a beautiful granite-topped table with 4 chairs and a bench sitting that all 7 of us sat at comfortably. The kitchen came fully stocked. It even had a rice cooker. The only thing it did not have was coffee mugs. The coffee pot uses standard filters and loose-ground coffee. We couldn't get the cable to work, so we ended up using the Roku device from one of the queen bedrooms. That being said, the owner was very responsive and answered all of our questions right away. I am sure if I had mentioned the TV issues and the lack of coffee mugs, they would have fixed it right away. We pretty much just used the house to sleep in, so it wasn't a huge issue for us. They worked with us on everything, and even with the furniture, I felt happy with our stay. The price is very reasonable. You will not regret staying here over a hotel!

When I first got to the condo I didn't see a key card like I was told about by the owner. I also noticed the garbage disposal not working. Sent a message to the owner and was fixed that day. Owner was available to help and was a great place to stay

Everything was great! Plan on going back next summer!
