Get away from the bustle of downtown Key West at Margaret’s accommodating condo! Close to the airport and all the area’s attractions. We highly recommend!

This was a girls trip for four and our first time in Key West. We gave this place an overall 3 out of 5 stars.
Pros:
For us location was a great. We were happy we were not located in the hustle and bustle of Duval Street. The parking downtown is a nightmare. But we aware this condo complex is right next to the airport. The planes are definitely loud but don't fly during sleeping hours.
Pool was nice. Late afternoon the sun goes behind the building so no rays.
Condo is close to the beaches which we enjoyed.
Sunset from the balcony was perfect.
AC worked great.
Cons:
Condo is need of some TLC. The door sticks bad and you have to use your hip to get it open. When we walked in one of the vertical blinds covering the patio doors was laying on the floor. The TVs are not smart televisions and we had issues trying to get them to work. We discovered there was an extra remote that was very confusing. We called the manager who tried to help but really wasn't much use. The kitchen leaves a lot be desired. The stove burners were not level and made cooking very difficult. The pans were poor and cooking utensils were lacking. Beds were hard. There were a lot of people smoking on the balconies and the smell drifted to us so it was hard to enjoy that space . Management asked us to start a load of towels when we checked out but no detergent was provided. Expensive to Uber to Duval street ($50 roundtrip).
For the price we paid we honestly expected a lot more. We will not stay here again but would love to go back to Key West. The seafood was AMAZING!

The unit was clean and all locations toured were close to the rental property. Area secure quiet covered parking was a plus. Unit owner/property manager easily assessable for any and all questions quickly responded and ready to resolve any issues. We will travel to this area again.

We loved the place although you should let those looking to rent that it is next to the airport. The planes didn’t bother us but it may bother others. The cleanliness of the room was excellent but I did have a problem with the pool area. The pool and the surrounding area was not cleaned on a daily basis. There were iguana droppings there the entire stay. My granddaughter was cut by a piece of glass on the pool deck. Overall though we would definitely stay next time we are in the area. Thank you Margaret for the quick response every time I had a question😊

The location was perfect! We had a slight issue with one of the tv’s but the owner was quick to respond and the issue was resolved in 24hrs!

This property was wonderful. It was clean, completely stocked with everything you need and the owner was very quick to respond. The condo was near the airport and we would sit out in the morning to watch the planes take off and land. The planes do not fly in or out between 10pm and about 7am so staying next to the airport was not a problem. Would highly recommend this condo and the owner. We would definitely stay again.

I’d like to start by saying that Margaret is absolutely amazing and very very accommodating.
The property is perfect with location, pool, convenience store even and upkeep.
Margaret’s unit is very spacious and has everything you could possibly need. You’ve got a balcony with a cool view of the airport.
We will definitely stay again.

Our party of 3 had a lovely stay. The condo has everything someone would need, comfy beds, a fun view of the planes landing and taking off at the airport, and a super sweet and accommodating host. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Ms. Margaret!

We enjoyed our stay in Key West . The apartment had everything we wished for . It was close to the beach and a short drive to the center

The condo is on the 4th (top) floor and the view from the balcony is wonderful. The sunrises and sunsets are lovely. The airport is very close but we really enjoyed watching the planes come in and out during the time we spent in the condo. Air traffic slowed down around 7pm and on one day only the earliest plane was heard around 5:30 am.
We spent 3 nights here during Fantasy Fest. The condo is approximately 4.5 miles from Duval Street so you can easily take advantage of e-bikes or scooters to get back and forth. We chose to drive each day and parked in one of the local pay-to-park lots which can be quite pricey, but for us it was worth it.
The kitchen is stocked with staples (dinnerware, pots and pans, etc.) The bathrooms had baskets of shampoos, conditioners and body washes and there was plenty of towels available.
The condo’s grounds are well-kept and it was pretty quiet. We saw a few people walking around but never really crossed paths with anyone in the halls or in the parking lot. We didn’t visit the pool.
All in all we had a pleasant visit. We felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Communication with Margaret was great, too. We appreciate you having this space available for us. Thank you!

Margaret is a great host that communicated quickly and effectively. The condo was very clean. The property felt very safe. If you are a planned spotter like me you'll love the vantage point of the airport. If I come back to Key West I'll book here again.

The calm, away from the crazy
We didn't walk anywhere from this property, but everything is a short drive (or rent a golf cart). The beds were incredibly comfortable!! It could use a few updates, but overall, was perfect for our needs! We enjoyed watching the planes, and had a beautiful sunset on our last night.

Unable to get TV in living room to work. The manager did come and try and was unable to get it to work, no one fixed it. We were able to get TV in bedroom to work.
We enjoyed the natural preserve that we viewed, right next to it was the airport. While we enjoyed watching the planes others may not. Commercial flights stopped around 10 and private jets much quieter.
Pool was heavenly, nice big size and wonderfully warm. Hot tub by pool very nice.
