Breakfast and location were fantastic but the staff really made the biggest impact on the stay. They went above and beyond and were absolutely amazing!

Lovely, friendly staff, clean and comfortable and great location near the beach. The city centre and old town is a 30-40 walk away, which was fine by us as we enjoyed the seafront walk.
no coffee and tea in the room, or at least never topped up so bough our own from the supermarket. the hotel interior is too “cold” in our taste, primarily white mixed with bright colours and bright lights. prefer the cosy Italian style we’re used to from Rome etc.

Breakfast was very nice and had good options, gluten free and vegan. For dinner the restaurant is a bit sterile but the friendliest waitress Carla made our evening! We loved the funky shower of the room and the view from the third floor balcony. Location was good especially after renting the bicycle from the hotel!
Spa treatments were unfortunately out of service the weekend :(

Quiet location close to the sea, supermarket 400 m away. Good restaurants nearby. About 2 km of seaside promenade to the centre and not. Staff friendly and ready especially Mrs. of Russian origin at the reception and breakfast staff. Mr. Receptionist at night a guarantee. Quiet, but this also depends on the education of the customers who stay there.
Cleanliness, maintenance and size of bathroom. Small shower for a possibly overweight adult. Water selection handle at kidney height. Knobs and accessories coming off their seats. Found used clothes in the drawer of the room furniture on arrival. Cleanliness, after 9 nights stay, seemed overrated in the reviews. The balcony is never cleaned and the bathroom is visibly full of hair and dust looking good. Breakfast good but overrated by the reviews, monotonous menu and that does not do justice to the goodness offered by Terracina. A 4 star a bit overrated for what it offers. The sunbeds, not included in the offer, were paid both to the Piccolo Faro, lido agreement, and then found and unfortunately paid on the bill. Bikes 3 euros now, 10 euros x whole day. Wouldn't it be better to charge for half a day, being women's bikes with limited maintenance given the fact that the roads are generally in a very bad state. Far from the train station for those arriving by train. Adjacent vehicle parking costs 5 euros per day. Wouldn't it be better to include it in the daily rate in case of guests with cars?
