Overall nice accommodations. Neighborhood was questionable for early morning walks and easy access to coffee shops. There’s a bit of traffic outside the second bedroom window, but it dies down after 10pm. The rooftop patio was a nice place to hang.

It was great. There’s three levels of stairs and we walked ALOT so be prepared for stairs and walking. Drinks can get a little pricey downtown. Overall a great trip and the condo was clean and spacious. Great for two couples or a couple with older kids.

This was a great place to stay. About a 5 to 7 min drive to Broadway. It was really nice to have a dedicated parking spot, so you didn't have to worry when you got back late. Roof top sitting area was nice. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The ease of check out was fantastic. I would totally stay here again. If I had to list and cons it would be the view of downtown is obstructed by a new big building. Which is not really a con and during check in the instructions were wrong. it said to push the star key not the check mark. I had to call the manager of the property. He was so understanding and nice and we fixed the problem right away. After that we had no issues at all. I just wish we had more time in Nashville!

We have used VRBO a number of times. This property as clean but not as comfortable as most. Living room furniture and maser bedroom mattress was less than expected. Televisions difficult and never did find a local news station. Fridge had nothing so if you plan to cook you best bring EVERYTHING YOU NEED right down to the Pam spray. Boys next door were shooting off really loud and large fireworks and when we went out to load the car we were greeted by a large unattended German Shepard. Otherwise it was a great time in Nashville. This place was decorated so nice! Very comfortable beds, and we loved having coffee in the rooftop each morning. The neighborhood wasn’t conducive to walking anywhere, and there weren’t any local places nearby, but we felt safe with the security system and it was a short Uber ride to Broadway as well. We enjoyed our stay!

Place was pretty much as advertised. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but place was perfect for two couples with separate bed & bath on 2nd floor. Only complaint would’ve be traffic noise and both bedrooms need blinds for gable windows. Look forward to our next trip back!

This is a great condo just outside of the downtown area. It's only about a 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway, and we had no problems getting rides the whole time we were there. It's really close to East Nashville, which I highly recommend visiting...SO many great restaurants and shops without all the Broadway crowds, and you still get all the Live music. If you want to dine in, you can get anything you want delivered via DoorDash or Uber Eats. Do yourself a favor, trust me, get Pizza from Five Points Pizza...it's life changing. Honestly the best pizza I've ever had, thank me later. The Condo itself is really perfect...it has everything you need. It's definitely in an up and coming area, not going to sugar coat it, but we never felt unsafe...and we had our 2 daughters with us for the Taylor Swift concert. The rooftop deck is a huge benefit, we loved having our coffee and drinks up there. The kitchen was great, even the ice from the refrigerator door was good. Sorry that's a pet peeve of mine with most rentals, as it's typically not. If I HAD to critique anything, I will say those transom windows in the bedrooms are brutal first thing in the morning...once the sun rises, you're up...Lol!! Alex with Playlist Properties was absolutely great, he was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again, as we see this area continuing to grow and grow. Don't forget to get the Five Points Pizza!!

I’ll start by saying I’m never one to really leave a bad review but I have mixed feelings about my stay. I booked in January, and I’m sure at that time the massive new building they are building wasn’t there that basically blocks one of the nicest things about this rental. Pictures need to be updated, and perhaps maybe other views to know that all other views show you looking at trash & debris. This was my first trip to Nashville, and I had my children with me. Although it didn’t seem like the safest place I never felt in danger. It was quiet as far as neighbors but there was constant dog barking from across the street in one of the many abandoned parking lots. The unit itself was lovely. Decor was also nice, but the pictures your looking at from when it was built in 2017 are the same pictures. The walls are dingy, it’s clear when something needs to be fixed it’s touched up and pushed under the rug. To say this place needs to be cleaned is an understatement. I had to clean before we used showers, appl, etc.

This is an awesome property. Well appointed and convenient. We had two couple and this space worked out perfectly. We enjoyed the roof deck for relaxing and visiting. Easy check in/out and communication with the the property manager was excellent. I would highly recommend.

4 adults went to Nahville for a 60th birthday trip. We enjoyed the property and having Dollar General close by was nice! We used Uber for our transporation.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo! We mostly just slept here and were out and about exploring for most of the day and evening. This condo had everything we needed! We had Kroger deliver groceries and made breakfast every morning before hitting the town. There is no lack of space and closet room to help feel more organized during our stay. Very tasty pizza joint just down the road as well. We loved this as our flight got in very late. It was also convenient having Dollar General a very short walk away for any forgotten necessities. It’s definitely and up and coming neighborhood, but we had no issues. Easy place for Uber/Lyft drivers to pick us up as well. We had plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen supplies etc as well. This condo made our trip complete! A side note totally unrelated to this condo, but I hope can help you enjoy your Nashville stay! We loved Nashville Bike Bar (back rests were amazing and it was cheaper), loved Touring Johnny Cash Museum, Hall of Fame and The Ryman. We enjoyed Broadway and it’s definitely a must do and see… but don’t forget to venture on the side roads to the smaller bars. Beavers was a blast, Hidden Bar was fun finding, Taco Bell was the coolest we’ve ever been to and amazing music (yes, at TB!). Enjoy!

This was a great place to stay. We were a group of four, two couples. The place was spacious, the rooms were clean and the place itself was great. The front room had some traffic noise but nothing to be concerned about. The location is outstanding. Quick Uber drive downtown to all the fun. I am going to mention the location. The location is fine, the bar just down the street, Plane Jane, had great cocktails and inexpensive beer. We got a couple looks from locals when they inquired where we were staying. I only mention this as it is an up and coming area. We had no issues and would stay here again. I also want to thank the host as they allowed a late check out to 5PM at no additional charge.

Very nice. I recommend more shades. At 5:30 am when the sun comes in your woken up. Also needs to be cleaned. You can see the spider webs on upper windows. Nice sitting area upstairs.

I don’t delete many emails and it wasn’t in my spam or junk mail. She simply hadn’t sent it. That being said, she quickly sent it, and we were able to enter the unit without issue. This place has a great setup, layout and vibe. The location made it easy to get into Nashville. Uber’s were quick and cheap into town. There’s nothing other than Dollar General within walking distance, so make sure you have a car or an Uber/Lyft account. The rental itself is spacious and pretty clean, but there was a few things that give it the 3-1/2 to 4 stars. The couch cushions are flat and it made the couch very uncomfortable to sit on for longer than 10 minutes. We were hanging out with friends and wanted to just relax and chat a few times, but the flat awkward couch made it uncomfortable. The upper windows in the bedrooms do not have coverings, so they let in the light a little too early after a late travel night and a late night out on the town. The fridge upstairs in the bar area wasn’t cool when we got there. My husband messed around with the settings and it seemed cooler by the time we left, but we didn’t end up using it. The kitchen had everything we could need, and that was great. The beds had divots in the center, so while they weren’t the worst I’ve had in a rental, they weren’t awesome. The style and decor was very cool, and we had fun while we were in Nashville, so all in all, I’d still call it a win.

Heavy luggage may need to stay downstairs, if you are not willing to carry up the stairs. It is centrally located, with uber rides to downtown. We rented a car for daytiime excursions, but used Uber at night. Has a cute outdoor patio to enjoy your coffee or wine. Does sit on a busy street, so if you are wanting a quite country experience, this will not meet your needs.

The Cowboy Vue was amazing! Easy to get around. Close to everything! We loved it!!! We will be back!!!
