10 Days, did just about everything there to do. Had a little issue with a/c unit. Fixed Asap. Was looking at hotel next door and across the street. They wanted 5 times the price per night. Probably because they offered breakfast and a short cut to beach. lol.

We were pleased for the most part with the studio apartment. There were a few things that we wished we had received more information about. There were no instructions about how to use the TV or stove, or what supplies were available, and which we were supposed to provide or not. At times we ended up buying things that we needed, only to find out later they were tucked away in a cabinet. The kitchen was very minimally supplied in terms of utensils, cooking appliances etc., but we made do as best we could. For instance there is a toaster, no toaster oven, or any other oven. There is only a small stovetop with two burners, which took some figuring out how to use.
Also, unbeknownst to us the water was shut off on one of the days we were there. There was a message in the lobby on a digital slide show that moved so quickly I was not able to read it in time to understand what it said. We later found out that once a month the water is shut off in the entire building from the morning until 3 in the afternoon. It would have been good to have a heads up about this from the owner or representative.
On our last week at the property (we were there for 4 weeks), the beeper for the gate stopped working. I tried to contact the representative, but she did not reply. Tried again, and never heard from her again. We only had contact with her at the beginning of our stay. She reached out and was able to bring us some extra towels, and an ice cube tray, but that was all.

This apartment was very nice with a great side view of the ocean. It was very clean and had everything I needed for this trip. I would definitely recommend this condo for anybody who comes to Puerto Rico.

We had a great time! Stayed here for a week, it was perfect location! View of the ocean, and a view of the night life. In the heart of Isla Verde, walking distance to everything. The AC worked great! The bed was very comfy, and although the water in the shower was confusing and took awhile to get hot, it worked out great! I can't complain really about anything!
I will be back next year!!

We had a great stay here! The condo was super clean, and had all the amenities necessary. The host was super responsive to any needs we had. Location was great also, super close to the airport (But not too noisy), close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and walking distance to the beach.

No convenient outlets around bathroom sink? That was the only thing. Otherwise, we loved it and will definitely be back!

We stayed there for 14 nights. The condo unit was clean and comfy with an amazing view of the Main street and ocean. A major supermarket is only about 5 minutes away by walk. Several restaurants, CVS and Walgreens are also in the area. The airport is only 7-9 minutes away by car - super convenient!
More importantly, what made our stay such a pleasant experience was the excellent assistance provided by the manager - Elizabeth!!! Also, we had a very nice phone conversation with the owner (Maria) during our stay. Highly recommend this condo unit if you visit P.R. One last thing - the swimming pool was Awesome!

The condo is perfect for 2. It is located around lots of bars and restaurants and a supermarket. Loved the location! The beach is really nice and only a short walk. I am would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The area was very walkable with many restaurants and stores. It was great to have a small kitchen in the apartment so we could make some of our own food. Direct beach access was blocked by most of the hotels, so we had to walk around the block which was longer than it looked on the map, but the beach itself was very nice. It was too windy while we were there to use the umbrella and the beach chairs were the kind that were flat on the sand so they were only comfortable for a short amount of time, but the ocean was beautiful and perfect for swimming. There was a lovely pool at the apartment and the complex felt very safe.

The condo was clean and modern with a great view. Bathroom was small but alright for just me. Location was wonderful.
Drawback is you have a tv but you have to bring your own login to view. You cannot see anything unless you bring your own accounts not even local channels.

We really liked the apartment . We loved the view and the fact that we had access to everything from CVC, beach, restaurants and the Hotel San Juan next door for night Entertainment. Elizabeth was amazing and very attentive to our needs. I spoke to the owner Maria once and she was very Pleasant! I will definitely come back to stay here❤️

The apt. Is in the heart of Isla Verde, you can walk to restaurants, bars, hotels, Casino's. Great location! The apt is amazing, very clean. Very comfortable. We had a blast. It was simply PERFECT. We loved it, and we will for sure look to see if is available for our next stay in Puerto Rico.

We had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Felt safe in gated property. Supermarket a short walk away. Beach right down the street. Uber anywhere you want to go. Unit was clean bed super comfy

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. This condo is centrally located. It was very close to the airport and a short walk to the beach. There are lots of restaurants in walking distance. The condo was very clean and cozy. I would defiantly stay again.

This condo is a 10 minute walk from the beach. It’s a real hassle to carry a chair that far. It looks like it’s really close on the map, but that road is part of the ESJ Towers property and security won’t let you on.
Check-in was very stressful. I didn’t have instructions on how to get in until my plane landed in Puerto Rico. A simple message from the host before that would have made it easier to let me know what to expect.
It was wonderful to see the ocean from the bee though and the apartment was clean and as it looked in the pictures.
Lastly, be careful if anything goes wrong as the charges are extremely high. It was $220 when I lost a simple $3 key on a beach that was an hour away because they choose to have multiple locks with the same key and then insist on changing all the locks out at your cost. It’s a bad system and it was tough to communicate with the property manager even though it was during the day.

Just like the pictures, plenty of hot water, quiet residents. Great view. Nice furniture plenty of towels including beach towels. Didn’t need anything.

Excellent communication, easy to find. Doors were funky but we got used to them. Photos are exact and condo met all expectations. Before you buy coffee filters look in the drawer! Food and drinks next door at Lupis should not be missed, Pueblo market is a short walk, so is the Beach access. Owner communication upon arrival has been amazing.

Condo was nice & was clean. Just a few hiccups. With a lot of traffic & not knowing the area, it helps to know to look for the building with the seahorse on top. The brown access gate is just before Lupi's (another landmark) & couple driveways down from the San Juan hotel. We sent owners a Vrbo message 2 days before arriving asking how to access the property, didn't get an answer. You will have to rely on the security guard for info. No gate beeper was provided. We were stuck at the gate 2 times trying to leave when the guard wasn't there. Make sure you shut the room door hard so the latch catches. I went out, husband was in the shower. He came out & the room door was wide open even though I locked top lock. No instructions for the AC, I never used a unit like it. Number 19 makes it cold. Higher for warmer temperature. Only 1 wash cloth was provided. Asked for another since we were 2 people & don't use the same wash cloth. That question generated a 'quick' response from the owner saying we could use laundry facilities downstairs & that it was a VRBO. We bring our own toiletries but who travels with their own wash cloths? Always stayed in Airbnb & always provided towels etc. like a hotel. Our first time in Vrbo, maybe it's different with them.

The apartment was okay. I was very nervous because I hadn’t heard from property owner or manager until I reached out on day of check in.. there is no access from the building to the beach and the pool had only 7 chairs which were all taken when we went to swim.. very poorly run building.

First off I was drawned in because of that view from the balcony! I booked & I am very happy I did. Perfect location near restaurants, beach is abt 5 min walk, have pool access and even can walk to supermarket. All was well stocked, bathroom essentials, towels, beach towels, extra blankets etc. That balcony view in person is everything! Bed & pillows very comfy. Overall just beautiful. Check in wasn't great but not bad either. I guess it's because I was expecting contact from host through the app. About 30 min after check in time she texted me. After check in all was great. I'll definitely be booking again! I fell in love!

It was an amazing view and just everything! So close to airport and easy to find and cheap ride there from the airport too. WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE MORE STARS!!! It was perfect!! Places to eat and the beach is right there! Loved it!!!

This was such a beautiful place, They provided beach towels, Plenty of bathroom towels, Soap, Some water. The place was really clean, the bed was comfortable. The Pillows could have been better but just a minor criticism. They provided a TV with a Hulu/Netflix account so it was nice to just watch something while we ate and got ready. I loved the Kitchennette, They provide everything you need from Knives to Plates to Cups. The Shower is unbelievable, I had such great showers here after a long day at the beach!! Awesome pressure and water abundance. The location is very safe, Guard on duty at all times and you have your parking available with Beeper and Parking pass. The check in process was easy I just didn’t like that It was 1pm the day of my check in and no one had reached out to me yet. I took initiative to reach out and they walked me through the check in process. Lastly, the door knob to enter the Apt is defective so you have to move the handle and Push hard to open the door. Overall Loved this stay, well worth the money. Close to everything in Isla Verde, 15 mins to Old SJ, 40 mins to Fajardo, and Next door to el San Juan Hotel Casino. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to Puerto Rico !!
