Amazing place, very clean and spacious, amazing location, beautiful apartment right to the beach and in the center

Clean and comfortable place in the heart of the town and very close to the beach.
The owner is big support during the whole stay, I would say, extraordinary. For example, when I needed for medical help, he came in 10 minutes, went to the hospital with me and communicated with staff there, explaining to me what is going on. Like four hours of his time spended for this with smile on his face all the time. Next day he came to ask me if I felt better and brought us a jar of the homemade honey. Everytime we needed, he was there for us.
Very good for the family holiday.

Very close to the beach, located in a central area with many restaurants and shops. we will return with great love in 2025! you are number 1. thank you!

Very good hospitality, host always available for support. Big comfort apartment, clean and new bathroom. In main city centre. Only small problem regarding parking,but again host support always available to find place.

Superb cleanliness. Nice location just 2 mins walk to the beach. Spacious room with 2 double beds, plus sofa bed. Good value for the money. The host is very polite and nice guy. He let us stay extra hours.
Noisy street need to shut the terrace door, but then it is too hot inside to sleep. Terrace is spaceous, but the fish smell from the underbuy restorant can be distrurbing. It doesn't go indoors though. Toalet is too small.

I like the location, the apartment was spacious, the balcony: you can see the sea from there, the owner was very nice and helpful, always changed the towels, sheets and cleaned the room when we asked
The water coming from the sink splashed everywhere and it can be a little noisy being in the center

Staffs speak English and Russian.
Good place. A nice beach and a lot of restaurants near the apartments.
Air conditioner was leaking.
As it is center of Kalikratia the place was noisy.
If windows are closed, the noise can be removed.

Big rooms . Location
Owner was a bit crazy . Hammering on door at 6 am mistakenly thought we had a stray dog in the apartment . 4 women in bed this was unacceptable . Lock broke on apartment door we where locked in for 1 hour and half. Owner arguing with locals outside apartment one evening swearing and aggressive. We came back at 7pm local time after a few drinks . No noise or trouble to he met by the owner saying in briken english he wasn't happy. For what wevare still to find out

Great location (just off the main square, 1 minute walk to the beach and quiet at night) and the apartment was nicely decorated. Amazing host who was very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for a great holiday!
