The only likable thing was the pool; it was clean and heated as I requested for a fee.

My family and I arrived after midnight due to a late flight. When we arrived at the property, the door code did not work. After repeated attempts of entering the faulty code, we called the 24hr helpline multiple times and there was no answer. After leaving voice and text messages, someone called me back with a new door code. I entered the code and was able to enter the 6 bedroom home to find several cock roaches crawling on the kitchen floor, up the wall, and on the living room sofa…Also, a centipede was crawling on the floor. I took pics right away and reported it to ACO vacation homes. To top it off, we turned on the water to take showers and the hot water did not work inside the home. I reported everything early the next morning and asked for a full or partial refund. I was told no because of their policy. Other things worth mentioning: the carpets upstairs and on the stairway are filthy and the white drapes are stained and soiled at the bottom. And every single time you exit the patio door, an annoying alarm goes off. I made a decision to count this place a total loss, packed up my family, and left. I could not stand the thought of staying at this place another night. Thankfully, we were able to find availability and book elsewhere so our entire trip would not be ruined.

The communication with the host and the way that the information regarding the pool being heated didn’t come to me until the day before I arrived It was difficult getting through the gate to get to the house

there were a lot of broken things in the home , kitchen sink didn’t work on the left side , master sink barely work water went out slow , master bathroom toilet under neath was dirty , pool was dirty , ice maker barely worked it needs a lot of maintenance work in the house and I also didn’t have excess to the water park and amenities in the neighborhood because of third party booking which I think is unfair ,

Good size, bathroom, and room number for a large family. Had a pool and was spacious inside. Great Parking!

The property is part of a resort with amenities of which we were never told but found out happenstance. The property was not Covid clean. Cooking pots and pans were inadequate for the number of people it can hold. There was no 9x13 pan?!? Emails from the property stated one things, but then the staff stated another. Items were mentioned to be provided weren’t there upon arrival and the staff sited allergies for not providing (toilet paper). Several items were broken; we cited them all so we wouldn’t be charged. Blankets were not provided but not stated as being needed.

Access to the Reunion resort was a nightmare. Renters should either be provided with a means to open to barrier or be given instruction of how to contact security. On occasion we were left at the barrier, with security seemingly unable to accept that we were renting and saying that no one at the property was answering the phone (which of course was the case as we were in the car at the barrier!!).
