Make sure to bring in all of your own supplies.... salt, pepper, coffee, coffee filters, etc. Some other condos in the building have a "community" pantry that we have always used/contributed to. This one does not. We have talked back and forth about the up/down side of this.... but can do either.... just like to be prepared.
The condo itself is comfortable. And as a tired Momma (listed in my husbands name), I really appreciated a confortable chair in the living room that I used daily for my coffee consumption.

What a great time of year and a great place to stay. We had no issues while here and the views from this condo were awesome. Enjoyed every minute.

This condo was very beautiful and spacious! We had three adults and my three year old son and it was perfect. The only thing I wish was different was there was no smart tv to be able to log in to Netflix or anything for some movies at night. Other than that we loved our stay and will be keeping this booking marked for next time!

We had a great stay here in Gulf Shores. The location of this condo was perfect and within a mile of everything to do. This part of the beach was nicer than others nearby with plenty of Sandy beach vs the water coming right up to the building as it does in other buildings. The kitchen was well stocked and the wrap around balcony was great because you could watch the sun rise and set. Things that could have been better are the bedding. I understand the need for triple sheeting for quick turnover but there were no blankets in the entire place and we were often cold at night. The pillows were also very thin and cheap. Make sure to pack your own pillows and blankets. Also, the pool was filthy. Water not clear and no smell of chlorine. I still give it 5 stars because we had a great stay and were able to work around those things. Would visit again.

This condo was absolutely perfect! Our 8 year old son who recently cancer treatments has been begging to come to the beach! The condo was clean and easily accessible! We can’t wait to come back again!

There were many nice aspects of this property. It is a beautiful view and comfortable lay out and furnishing. The building is not updated and we were not told in advance that the pool would be closed due to construction. It was very disappointing for those of us who found it difficult to get to the beach front. The satellite tv was horrible and there were no directions to use it. There were no helpful directions provided for how to park or how to access local businesses.
Overall this vacation was disappointing. Power went out in the kitchen and we were with access to electricity for three days and then the coffee maker malfunctioned and coffee went all over the counter. I think renters should be told in advance if the pool and hot tub will not be available or if it is in disrepair. Felt like we were taken advantage of - couldn’t swim all week.
I was also charged for parking twice and had to follow up to get a charge removed.

The condo had everything we needed, it was perfect vacation we brought our grown grandkids down for our granddaughters 21st birthday, it was plenty of room, beds were wonderful, the view was amazing!

The accommodations were perfect for our family. My children and grandchildren live in Alabama and Georgia, So each family had their own "space" when needed. The condo was clean and well-maintained. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We loved our stay here. The view from the condo was amazing in this corner unit. Well stocked and easy access to beach, pool/hot tub and restaurants and other activities.

Relaxing Stay
Our week was wonderful. It’s a very family friendly area. Condo was as pictured and described. The parking garage was a bit confusing at first. Some spots say reserved on the wall and others on the floor then some spots had nothing at all. We obviously parked in those. Be prepared to wait for the elevators! Only two on the property. Saturdays were the worst when people are checking in and out. The owners of our condo can’t control this, but it was frustrating if you have little patience. We were with a 5 month old, 1 year old and 2 year old. Sand is beautiful and soft. Water was warm and relaxing! Great places to eat in either direction of condo. Wonderful family stay!!!

Family Vacation
We had a fantastic vacation. The room was very clean, and the location was fabulous. The corner balcony and windows offered a breathtaking view of the sunset. We have visited Gulf Shores and stayed at many of the condo complexes over the years and this was one of the better ones.
There was a shelf full of books, board games and cards to enjoy. The rocking/reclining chairs were much appreciated and so comfortable. Loved that these were a part of the furnishings! The decor was tastefully done. We will definitely keep this unit in mind on our next visit.
It has been our fortunate experiences to have had previous guests/owners to thoughtfully leave behind salt and pepper shakers and other small items in the kitchen as a convenience; however, there was nothing of the kind at Crystal Shores West unit 1008. To future guests, we gladly left behind our salt and pepper shakers in hopes that you would enjoy the convenience of not having to think about every small detail.

Great unit, so-so building
This unit is great. You can see the ocean from the balcony in the master bedroom and two sides of the living room. The balcony has lounge chairs and a table. The unit has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a laundry room and a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking. It has a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The unit was very clean and we loved it. The building is not quite as great. The elevators were really slow and smelled terrible. I can understand this to appoint because there are people dripping wet from the ocean in them all the time, but it was pretty gross. At the end of our stay they put some air freshener in there, which helped a little. The pool is small and in some disrepair. Some of the bricks around the edges were loose and one of them fell into the pool while we were there. It also doesn’t seem to be cleaned very often, or maybe the filter isn’t working well. But overall I would recommend this unit because it is good enough to make up for the building issues.

We came for our daughters wedding on the beach. View from room was beautiful! More kitchen linens. Parking was good. There were no sheets or pillows for the pullout in living room. Everyone we met around the building was very friendly. Beach area was great. Thank you!

We really enjoyed this unit! It is spacious and has a beautiful view of the gulf. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped with needed items. We would definitely stay here again!

The building had a power outage the first morning we were there, and this impacted one of the two elevators, apparently seriously, as there was only one working elevator the entire week, which was a challenge. Outside of that, we loved the unit, the location and had a great family experience.

This condo had the perfect bed and bath setup for our needs, is well-maintained with easy access, and has the most amazing views from the 10th floor. We all had a blast, especially the young kids experiencing the beach for the first time!
