Sundial es una propiedad de tres pisos frente al mar (24 unidades en total) con estacionamiento cubierto, elevador y una piscina frente al mar. Está sentado en la arena en West Beach, en un área de baja densidad de Gulf Shores. Hay un balcón privado muy grande al que se puede acceder desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal.
NO alquilamos a adultos solteros menores de 27 años. Se permiten dos autos como máximo por unidad.
Nuestro condominio está muy bien amueblado, bien mantenido y totalmente equipado. Es un espacioso (1200 pies cuadrados) de tres dormitorios, dos baños que puede alojar cómodamente a ocho personas. La ropa de cama King está en el dormitorio principal BR, la ropa de cama Queen está en el segundo dormitorio, dos gemelas en el tercer dormitorio y un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar.

The location was great. You are steps from the beach which was perfect for our kids. Housekeeping had not been there when we arrived, & it late so housekeeping came the next morning. Mary was very responsive & helpful. The condo is as advertised.

Older property. In good condition. Everything worked. 3rd bedroom was actually a loft, but it worked well for us. Property was in good shape. I would recommend staying here.

Great location! We understand wear and tear on a condo, but there was no reason for condo to be so dirty. We had to call and give a list of things that were dirty , stained or broken just so we would not be charged. We went to eat after checking in and a cleaning person was supposed to come, they left old cheese in floor and a dirty toilet with someone else’s mess on it. Our family jumped in and cleaned, we went to turn in to bed and there were no sheets on the bed or extra sheets to use, we had to wait on a gentleman to deliver, he was very nice and apologetic. The location for us was fantastic, but first impressions ruin things.

The condo was exactly as described. It had a good view. The condo had plenty of room. The beach was beautiful. The covered parking garage was a plus keeping the vehicle cooler. The pool was kinda small but we spent most of the time on the beach. I would highly recommend staying at this rental.

Me, my husband and another couple slep comfortably here. Small condo property with a pool, right on the beach. Condo was clean and furnishings were as advertised. Since we were thete for hangoit fest, it would have been comvenient to use the key box but we made do. Parking is also tight, as stated but otherwise it was perfect!!

We had a great time! Owner was easy to get in touch with and we had everything we needed. The twin bedroom is a loft not a bedroom. Also, the pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable. Overall, we had a great time and loved our stay!

This was our first trip to the Gulf Shores area and are already planning our return next year. We enjoyed this condo, location and beach were wonderful. Mary was very responsive to some issues and questions we had. Replied quickly with answers and resolutions. We are renting from her again next year!

The location was great as we love the ability to walk across to The Beach House restaurant or S&S seafood. Parking passes could be better. As we had friends from Mobile come in to spend time with us and needed a third parking pass. Other than that all was great.

We had a few problems with plumbing, missing light bulbs and miscommunication regarding the swimming pool gate, but the condo was nice and we enjoyed the beach and had a good time.

The condo could use a little TLC and the carpet didn’t seem to have been vacuumed but everything else was nice and clean. The condo was very roomy and well set up for everyone to have their own space. We enjoyed our week with our first grand baby who just happened to have his first birthday while we were there. We got some great smash cake pictures on the beach! Getting on and off of the beach with a baby was supper easy and we were close enough that we could go up for naps or grab something if we forgot it. Great trip!!

The property was an easy walk to the beach for parents with younger children. The pool was nice and never too crowded. Parking was a little tight but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Property was clean and nice, we did have an issue with someone parking in our spot one day, the room was short a couple small items like a pizza cutter and a pair of scissors, so we bought one and left them for the next guest 😊 all
In all the facility was nice, the condo was the perfect size and everyone had a great time! We would definitely stay again.

Right on the beach and excellent communication from the owner!
This was right on the beach and the owner was excellent. There were some repairs being done to the condo while we were there, but that was due some appliances not working properly. The owner made us aware when this would be happening and apologized for the inconvenience. The condo is not fancy, but for the price and location, it was perfect! We had a great time!

Location was great - condo has issues with cleanliness/appliances
Location was great - several issues with with cleanliness. After 3 of us cleaned for 45 mins is was better . Issues - dirty air filters in air conditioner, dryer vents clogged , washer was very loud, stove top and oven worked intermittingly - made it very hard to cook meals. Dishwasher only worked on Pots and Pan setting. Elevator wasn't working for a couple of days made it hard for our 78 year old mother since we were on the 3rd floor. The owner Mary was very prompt with answering the text after we had sent her pictures of the issues were were having .

Arrived at check-in time and condo had no been cleaned! Made a call and a crew was sent over. Washing machine was super loud and dishwasher only worked on pots and pans setting.
Space was nice and perfect size for our needs. Grandkids loved their own space in the loft.
Would stay here again!

This condo was the perfect space. It was clean, comfortable beds, plenty of linens, and great beach access. The only problem we had was we didn’t get to stay longer. There were lots of seating and a great floor plan for our family. We had so much fun and we were able to go to the beach and back to the condo anytime we wanted since it was right in the beach. It was close to everything without all the traffic. The covered parking was nice when the storm came. Will definitely rent this unit again.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The third bedroom is actually a loft and there is no door but for my family that wasn't an issue. Everything was clean and worked properly. It was surprisingly quiet. Never heard the neighbors. The best part is, you are right on the beach!!! This was perfect since we had very y kids. We didn't have to cross a buddy street or drive to a public beach access location. This building also has beach service available. We would definitely stay here again!!

The unit was as pictured/described. Loved that it was right on the beach and super low density which makes for a family oriented crowd! Only negative would be the lack of some basic necessities like extra rolls of TP (2 rolls total for a family of 4 for a wk definitely not enough!), hand pump soap for kitchen and box of Kleenex. A bonus of some simple beach items would’ve been great especially for kiddos maybe just a suggestion!

Decent place for a good price
The ability to walk right out onto the beach is amazing. The property itself is ok. The price is good. Space is good for a beach side condo. It’s outdated and not very comfortable, but again the price fits the property. Clear directions from the property owner.
