Plenty of room and bathrooms for a group of 8, we loved the roof terrace and views of Lisbon.

Great location in a more mellow part of the city. Walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, pastry shops and market. About 10-15min walk to Time Out market. Your also on the west-wend of the 28 tram which means you can hop on easily and ride the whole route (the east side is very busy and you’ll have to wait over an hour to board it). The Company is very reponsive and professional. Wonderful team to work with.

The building is old and as such has a musty, damp smell. I imagine that is better in the warmer summer months or after it is aired out. Otherwise no complaints at all.

Location. Lovely large rooms. Amazing linens and comfy beds.

The doors were very difficult to open and this was a daily problem. When we arrived were given rather vague instructions about how to find the apartment.

Great location, in the heart of Lisbon's historical city centre. The roof terrace has views of the Tagus Estuary, Abril suspension bridge, Cristo Rei, the Christ Statue of Lisbon and the parliament building.

To walk there are steep hills, so if you're not up to it use the trams. There is trams at the top and bottom of the street.

The apartment was nice and clean and stocked with everything we needed. There is a roof terrace with a great view. Finally the location - just perfect, you can feel as a locals!

Apartment was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 8 people. Great location central and close to all transport. Lovely rooftop terrace with great view. Girl at reception was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very good super market for food around the corner.

Problem with security safe. We were staying for 3 nights. Arrived saturday and placed passports and wallets/ most of cash/credit cards inside security safe rather than carry them around city on first day. Have used hotel safes before with no problem but straight away had complication with safe not accepting code used which meant we couldn't open it again. Informed reception immediately and were told it would be monday before boss would get back back with key to open it. Monday morning we were told boss couldn't find key and guy had to take safe away to open it. The guy offered us money to buy food while we waited for the safe to be opened but thankfully it didnt take him long. The problem was sorted in the end and would not put us off coming back but we would recommend have key for safe kept at reception for emergencies.

Very spacious apartment, on 3rd and 4th floor - without the elevator, so you have to take this into account if you have heavy bags. Location is good - line 28 tram stops are a few steps from the door. Nice old furniture pieces inside - lovely to have them among the modern ones. Great to have 3 bathrooms.

There were only a few water and wine glasses - for our group of 7 people it was not enough, but it's easy to fix it. For me the bed was a bit too soft, but nobody else complained:)
