I liked the location,it was close to the beach,and there was a park near the apartment.
I didn't like the cleanliness of the whole apartment complex.there were bugs everywhere,the host didn't communicate with us much,he seemed like he didn't really cared about us at all.the shower was leaking.the room smelt after cigarettes,not a pleasent experience at all

Clean and complete apartment and very nice neighborhood. Very near to the beach and shops, and bus stops. There are parks outside, with gym and playground. Beaches in Bat Yam are very nice and quiet, not too crowded.
Sometimes the stairs are very dark because lights not working.
