Exceptional building and rooms, quite unique size and furnishings

Gorgeous place. Host very nice and helpful. Loved having the bikes to get around. Rode all around the city and down east along cycle path. Antiques and courtyard wonderful. Location perfect as near everything

We loved everything about the property . The interior was an amazing magpie collection of antique art and furniture. The location was in a quiet yet central location. The owner could not have been more helpful. Glorious terrace to our room.

All better than expected: very central location, very quiet room (!), extraordinary ambience (it's like being in a museum ... without an entrance ticket), very comfortable bed, very helpful and courteous owner, price more than adequate for the level (not cheap, but Palma is notoriously very expensive). In short: 11 points out of 10!

This hotel is outstanding and deserves the highest rating possible. The villa is family owned for three generations, currently managed by Sr. Miguel, who will provide every service requested. In addition to the quality amenities in the rooms, there are several common areas supplied with complimentary beverages of various kinds. The villa is gorgeous, very near to dozens of restaurants and shops. The pictures are absolutely accurate. An amazing bargain in a beautiful, historic city.

If you enjoy history, art, antiques and incredible peace this is the place to stay in beautiful Palma! The owner Miguel is such a wonderful person and it is clear that the family have spent great time and effort transforming this old family home into a superb hotel. The attention to detail is incredible, as you walk through the dark rooms and corridors the lighting automatically come on so you feel welcome in every part of the house. The garden and courtyard was a little piece of heaven in bustling Palma and the honesty bar was a great treat with a wonderful selection of drinks very reasonably priced. The rooms are spotless and the bed was so comfortable, we enjoyed every second here and will definitely return!

It is completely a fantastic house. The quality of the house and antique furnitures are just outstanding. The garden in the courtyard is amazing in the middle of Palma. The house is now run by the third generation. The host is very friendly and nice.

The layout and décor of the entire hotel was just amazing.. What a beautiful place to stay. It is in the perfect location.

There was nothing not to like. Each room was a pleasure to explore.

It was fabulous, like living in a little palace. It was clean, welcoming and I loved the courtyard as so tranquil in the middle of the city. There were many antiques to take your eye everywhere you looked which was captivating. The honesty bar was very reasonably priced with free coffee and tea. The hosts where very kind. I loved it and will definitely stay again if I’m Palma.

I think if I visited again I would choose a room with a garden view as our room though very lovely was also very dark.

this is by far the best hotel we could ever hope to stay in. it’s like a museum with guest rooms. the whole house was full accessible with no restrictions on where you went. everything was spot on from a wonderful honesty bar opening out on to fantastic gardens to the mosquito lotions, sprays etc for your use, even every table or location of a candle had a lighter for lighting the candles or if you wished a cigarette. You would expect an old Mallorcian mansion with antique furnishings to be ‘musty’ and dusty but not here the place was spotlessly clean. the rooms are huge and lavishly furnished, air conditioned and fully loaded bathrooms with tooth brushes, slippers, bath robes etc. there are even Bicycles free for your use. Miguel and his family have thought of everything. there is no wonder that this hotel has only 5 star reviews.
