Appartment has a large living room with plenty of space for 4 people

The shower was very tight but it did have a bath as well.

Amazing ladies made our stay incredible! Very hospitable and friendly - let us also check out late and stay in the common area. The apartment has everything one can need. Would highly recommend for a group!

spacious, clean apartment with 2 toilets. 20 minutes drive from airport and 5 minute drive into centre of split. friendly staff.

Mario he was a constant help our whole trip. The cleaner was excellent.

The Host lives at the property (I wasn’t aware of at this time of booking) which was fine but we were a stag doo and we probably weren’t the best around young kids. But the host was still happy with us. so no harm done.

Villa Naomi made our stay in Croatia completely! Mario and those who work there were so welcoming and helpful. The property was beautiful, spacious and clean and only a short walk or taxi to the harbour. We had everything you needed and more.

Pool was lovely. Room was very spacious. Very tidy and clean. The host could not do enogh for us. Very happy with the stay.

The woman were very friendly and were very helpful. Anything we wanted they were able to sort for us. It was very clean and great size of an apartment. Overall very impressed with it and will definitely return

We had a great stay at Villa Naomi. We had apartment on 1st floor which was very clean and had everything we could have needed. The staff are wonderful and do everything for you they can to make your stay great. Pool is good sized and cleaned every day and the games room is great if you want a break to do something else. we used Uber taxis to get to and from the harbour area and they were generally around 50 kunar each way, much cheaper than the taxis on the ranks which will charge you at least double that. Thank you Villa Naomi for a lovely stay.

Ladies made our stay very comfortable and took care of our all the needs. They even went extra miles to help us to carry the bags, prepared some dinner and breakfast. They are very caring people. I haven’t had this kind of reception any part of the world so far.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain. I love the location and very quiet.

Great place with amazing staff, helping in every aspect that we need in our stay in split. Very recommand to stay at here if you planning to visit in spilt.

Kind, very helpful staff. They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Awesome top terrace for dinner, sunbathing, playing cards. Lovely pool. Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away with everything we needed. Nice sized apartment for a family of 5. The cot/extra bed for our youngest (15 yr old) was pretty hard, but the other beds were very nice.

We needed an Uber when we wanted to go to the beach or go to the Old Town. Everything was a 20-30 min walk and it was just too hot to walk that distance. But Ubers are efficient, affordable ways to get around.

the accommodation had everything we needed as a group a pool, leisure area, sauna and a gym. Great location and Mario and the staff were very helpful and made us feel very comfortable.

The property was perfect, all modern and clean. The owner Mario couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating for us. He was always available to offer his knowledge of the area and suggest what we can do.

The description on booking.com is incorrect, there is no on site parking. It is on street parking. We found a hotel secure car park a short walk away at a cost of 100kuna per day.

The family who won this property could not be more welcoming. Such lovely people and cannot do enough to improve your stay.

Great stay. Nice apartment, very clean. Hosts were amazing. The owner and the staff often asked us if everything was all right. The staff is constantly in the villa, monitoring the cleanliness, as well as the needs of the guests. Great pool. Our children were very happy. Every day after returning from a daytrip, and sometimes in the morning, they swam in the pool. The playroom is useful. There is something to keep the children busy. The staff offers fresh towels for the pool and apartments. Mario and his brother are always in touch, giving travel advice and others. Equipped kitchen, large fridge for a huge Croatian watermelon. Dishwasher and washing machine - everything works. Air conditioning was important for us: it works great in all rooms. There is a free private parking, very convenient. There are free parking spaces around. The villa is not in the center, but as it turned out, it was even better for us, because it is very difficult to find parking in the center. Also, there are often traffic jams in the center, and we always easily left Split to travel around. We traveled around a lot. Convenient area. Quiet but not sleeping. Excellent restaurants and taverns nearby. A shop with vegetables and fruits nearby at the bottom of the road. The supermarket is just across the street. We forgot some clothes in the apartments and everything was sent to us very quickly. Thank you for everything, Mario and the staff!
