L'hotel est très beau et très bien situé à South Beach au niveau de Lincoln Road. La piscine chauffée est grande et belle et bénéficie d'un bel ensoleillement toute la journée ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas des grands hotels de South Beach. Les chambres sont grandes et joliment décorées. Le service est de qualité.
Un point détestable : vous devez payer des resort fees obligatoires et non prévus dans les réservations à hauteur de $45 par jour. Cela couvre certains services (serviette sur la plage, 1h de location de vélo ...) mais vous êtes obligés de les accepter au check in. Je trouve que ce type de pratique est inadmissible pour ce type d'établissement. Les chambres sont très chères, pourquoi ne pas avoir l'honnêteté d'afficher le prix de la chambre avec ces services inclus puisqu'ils sont obligatoires ? C'est surement à la limite de la légalité d'ailleurs ...

Trés décu par cet hotel, nous avions pris de chambres les prestations et la qualité du service ne sont pas a la hauteur d'un hotel Ritz. A notre arrivé nous n'avons eu aucune explications sur le plan et le fonctionnement de l'horel et le pire c'est qu'il y a eu un grosse erreur sur le prelevement de notre Carte bancaire.

The whole experience from check-in to check-out was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic in making sure the stay was great for us. I recommend this hotel if you're on south beach Miami and looking to be treated right. They will look after you, from valet staff, receptionists (a lady named Asia got us checked in, she was amazing), concierge and literally everyone in the hotel.
The Ritz is a beautiful hotel, our room wasn't as big as I expected but it had a balcony which overlooked the beach, the beds were very comfortable and the spacious bathroom had everything needed.
The price is a bit high, however the service you get makes it worth it as many of the hotels on the beach are priced similarly. We had a bad experience at the 1 hotel so booked the Ritz-Carlton instead and it was the best decision.

Location was fantastic. Facilities, pool, room, access to the beach are all a major plus! Staff are amazing, friendly and always willing to help.
If I had to pick at anything, it would be the service at the pool. It took sometime to be able to get sun-beds and then drinks and lunch. But it wasn’t a major deal.

Service throughout the hotel, pool, beach, parking etc was exceptional. Staff was always eager to assist and please. Beachfront in SoBe with staff on beach as well. Bar staff remembered my name; impressive. Hotel moved us up 8 floors when I requested a better oceanfront room. Awesome.
The size of the room was good. Bathrooms starting to get a little worn, but still good.

We went to the beach in the morning and asked for a towel and said that they were out on the beach. When we got there, no towels as it was too early. It would have been nice to know that before we went to the beach

Bed was a little uncomfortable on the edges and more comfortable in the middle. wonder if the mattress was old or poor quality or needs to be replaced/rotated.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The room is big and spacious. Clean and nice. The hotel staff is nice and service minded in most cases. Pool and beach are accessible. Well equipped and cozy gym.
When we arrived we were given a room not according to booking, no ocean view and in the corner Overlooking the parking.
Parking is too expensive and house keeping very disappointing. Cleaning of the rooms is done very late.
After complaining about the room, because we got there for 10 days, We got another room on the same floor with a bigger balcony. The beds were uncomfortable, too soft.

Laid back approach and very outdated building. Its doesn't appears like a Ritz property at all.our room was ready 3 hours after check in time and this caused us lot of stress.
