nothing really special about it. my friend and I were passing thru town looking for a couple hours of sleep and honestly would have been better sleep in the car. A complete waste of money. The lobby is the best looking part. Not worth my money

Even though I didn’t make it to my room Someone I knew check in the same night I was going and they sent the person to two different rooms with people’s belongings in them.

Walked in room there was roach in middle of floor🤮 Then we ask for another room. They gave us another room. Walked in 2 ne room there was the cart with dirty laundry inside room😡😡 Went back to front desk ask for money back, they refused to refund me

Nothing - It was dirty, and the pictures of this property are inaccurate. The location also appeared to be unsafe. For instance, there was a car in the parking lot that was missing a door handle and the trunk was pried open.

Everything - The parking lot was creepy, people hanging out that looked like they were up to no good and the car that appeared to be broken into, etc.

Only thing I liked about the property is that it was close to everything in the Raleigh area.

It wasn’t as it was advertised. I booked a king room and got a double room. Trash was everywhere at the facility. The tv in my room didn’t even work so we couldn’t even get a different room, will never book again.

lady at front desk was rude and not friendly it took us 15 minutes just to check in she kept asking us the same questions over and over we only got 1 key no keycard envelope she gave us a torn piece of paper I almost fell in the lobby the floor was wet with no wet floor sign when I asked for towels and wash clothes I was given a floor mat never got anything that day ask again the next day and still never got it we stayed from Friday til Sunday and housekeeping never came by once the door didn’t have a latch on it we should have known cause people were complaining when we got there and asking for refunds

the room that I had didn’t even a number on it so I had to search for it. I had to go up and down the elevator 4 times because my key didn’t work. even later on that night I got locked out my room because the key didn’t work which made a total of 4 keys I had made.

It was not clean roaches I’m every room I stayed in. Police in the hallway dealing with a robbery. Walls had stains it looked like blood and snot or pee tubs dirty shower curtains dirty and towels and washcloths had old hairs rolled up in them

The room was spacious and nice for the rate charged.

I didn't like there was a line of blood down the hallway and a bag with bloody things at the exit. The clerk gave me a room already occupied when I went downstairs to get a new room I got a blank stare as if I was lying.
