We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this beautiful home. There were 7 adults, 1 child and 2 teens. The spa was popular with many but the water temperature was too chilly for swimming since we didn't request that the pool be heated. We had some difficulty getting into the house but that was immediately solved with one phone call. The living room does not have enough seating for the number of people without moving furniture. The outside porch is a spacious place to spend time when the weather is warmer. We did spend a few hours on the beach one day. There was intermittent rain the other days. Being Christmas vacation, there were other activities to keep us occupied. We joined the crowds at Nights of Lights in downtown St.Augustine but avoided the traffic by parking outside the city and riding the free shuttle. We do highly recommend this home for your vacation. It is not on the beach but a short walk away.

From the moment my husband & I arrived.we were plesantly suprised with this home. The host, David had contacted us that morning .He was a text or call away the whole time we were there. I had packed too much extra stuff. This home was complely stocked.The kitchen was a delight to cook in . The home is really spacious 3 of the bedrooms have an outside balcony.One had a ping pong table which my neices loved The bathrooms are not tight at all. The living areas were big enough so we could all be together. 9 adults + . But plenty of spaces for alone time. The pool and hot tub area was wonderful ,we did not use it as i expected but it was clean and maintained while we were there. There is a path to the beach a few houses over It was a wonderful place for our 2023 Thanksgiving Memories. Well worth the $$$

We only stayed for a couple of nights, but the property was awesome. The neighborhood the house is in is the best in the St. Augustine area for those visiting the beach for vacation. There’s easy access to the beach, it is close to restaurants and grocery stores, and it is on a quiet street.

We are six cousins who do an annual trip together. We had a wonderful week at this lovely, well appointed home. Easy access to the beach, shopping and area attractions. Very comfy beds and furniture and great kitchen set up! Owners were very attentive and responsive … have already recommended this property to several friends and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time with our family. The house was roomy and clean inside and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach, which was nice. About 15 minutes to downtown St Augustine which was perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub with our babies. All bedrooms are upstairs except the bunk bed, which is in a cubby downstairs (not much privacy for that one). The big table was great for family game nights and dinners. We would definitely stay here again. We have already booked another trip in one of their other properties!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 8 --a 1-yr old, a 4&5 yr old, 4 parents and a grandmother all found areas of the house enjoyable. The pool provided hours of fun, the beach was not crowded, though the walk there was more like 8+ minutes with the children. The owner was very responsive and the ping pong table was a great hit.
Water pressure varied, some beds were soft and noisy, and there were issues with the pool -sometimes we had to fill the pool and the hot tub just heated the whole pool and never got hot enough itself. Bring your own beach equipment and body wash, but the owner provided enough laundry and dishwasher soap for the 4 days we were there. We would come back again.

We had a great time staying here, but the pictures on the listing are somewhat outdated. There are a few things around the house that needed updated, such as the light out back over the pool. I also did not realize when I booked this that there was a schedule to be able to use the pool. We like to book our own house instead of a condo/hotel so we can swim whenever we want, so that was kind of disappointing because what’s the point of having your own pool if you can’t do an early morning/late night swim if you want.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze. The pool is wonderful. Our six-year-old granddaughter couldn't wait to get in the pool every morning and learned to swim there. Communication with David was easy, and he responded quickly to any questions we had. The house is clean and set up well. We hope to come back someday!

We had a great stay! It was exactly as described, check in process was super easy, and the hosts were very easy to reach via text. Plenty of space, clean, and the pool was perfect. Highly recommended!

Great house and location. Well equipped with kitchen utensils and dishes. Pool was great. Advertised description was accurate. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the bath towels. the towels smelled musty and washing them did not help. Other than that, great place to have a family vacation.

Perfect! Our family of 9 stayed at this house and the amount of space and rooms/bathrooms worked out great! House was clean, pleanty big enough, and just a short stroll down to the beach!! I highly recommend this area of the beach...never busy! House was clean and pool were greatt! The kids had a blast. Highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our time at Butler Beach. The house was great and the swimming pool just made the stay perfect. We all enjoyed afternoon pool time to cool off after being on the beach each morning and the pool is shaded in the afternoon which was perfect!

We had the best time staying here!! The owner was wonderful about letting us know when someone was coming to clean the pool and let us check in early as we arrived. Beautiful home with plenty of space for me and all my friends, perfect walk to the beach and the outdoor areas were amazing hang out in after a long day at the beach! Would definitely stay here again!!!

My family loved our stay at this property. Butler Beach is amazing and this home is just a couple blocks from the beach. The home had it all and my wife and kids loved it. We will definitely look to come back.

A really unique home in a great location. A couple minutes and you're at the beach. The hot tub was an asset with cooler weather but pool was refreshing. We came with 3 busy boys ages 10-14 and they felt comfortable and at home. Communication with hosts was quick and easy.

What a great week at this vacation rental. From the house to the scenery, it was magnificent. A rather relaxing pool and tub in the back, or a 3 minute walk to miles of beautiful beach, the choice is yours. Our stay surpassed our expectations in every facet of the game, from beginning to end. The property manager was incredibly attentive, answering an question or inquiries in a matter of minutes. If anyone is looking for a rental in St Augustine area, this should arise to the top of your list.

Whoever took the pictures of the property really know how to take pictures. Pictures are definitely better than the property. It was really not cleaned well; understandable it is a beach property but.... not clean. Supplies either left behind or given to us with the property were very minimal at best, did not give off the feel of home. Beds were very noisy and uncomfortable. Towel racks falling off the walls, issue with the spa which we never got to use because it never once heated properly. David was helpful with the spa pump, but it continued to act up throughout the seven days we stayed. Landscaping is non-existent and the house echoes throughout, no naps for babies. We will find a different home to stay in for a family Thanksgiving vacation next time.

The house was clean perfect for us! Enjoyed the Ping pong and heated pool! Close to the beach. It rained and washed dirt and debris into the pool. Someone stopped by and looked at the pool but did not clean the pool. My husband cleaned the pool. We live in very safe neighborhoods at home and leave our cars unlocked. 2 of the cars were left unlocked and ALOT was taken the night before we checked out. This is why the 2 stars on location & neighborhood🙃

We had a wonderful time. The home was as described. Enjoyed the openness of the kitchen and dining room. Loved having 2 large screened in areas for lounging and entertainment. Excellent communication with the host! We definitely plan on booking again!

Nice home with lots of bedrooms - great kitchen fairly well stocked with pots and pans , 2 coffee makers , awesome center island and huge kitchen table . There is lots of unexpected built in storage , bathrooms were all very nice with ample hot water even for 10 adults showering around the same time . Pool and hot tub were great and the pool service provider responded quickly when we noticed debris after a big storm .
A few small issues - the dryer - while it worked - did not shut off automatically
- a few lights were out - and the internet was slow and patchy . Difficult to readily access back yard with pets .
All in all a very nice 2 week stay !

Our family of 6 had an amazing time. 5 adults and an 8yr old had no problem with comfort. A 5 minute walk to the beach and a pool!! Attractions and restaurants were just minutes away. We would definitely come back.

We are a group of eight guys and stayed here for a "long weekend" (Wednesday-Sunday). The property itself is in a good location; close walk to the beach and only ~30 minutes to the World Golf Village. If we were to return to the area for our trip I would consider staying here again. The property manager lives nearby and was very responsive.

Perfect Location!
A wonderful, relaxing retreat! The house is wonderful with a beautiful pool and hot tub and very spacious inside. It's very close to the beach and only a 15 minute drive into the historic area of St. Augustine.

Great Vacation
We had a great time at this home. Actually met the property owner and she was very nice and helpful. House was just as described and had a few normal wear and tear marks etc which in the terms even said “we understand things happen so minor damages are taken care of as needed or every 6 months” made me feel comfortable and not scared to let the kids walk around inside. Also the beds were amazing. I have had 4 back surgeries and didn’t hurt one time in the beds.
