Had a great time, good location, nice pool, too

Very nice property. Walking distance to restaurants and short drive to beach and boardwalk. Plenty of space for our party of 9. Really enjoyed the screened in back deck.

Great location, quiet area. On site pool was a plus. Screened in porch with fan was used a lot by us. Beach, restaurants within walking distance. Bethany Beach trolley ran past property entrance. Living room, bedrooms, baths and kirchen was like being at home. Kitchen was well stocked with silverware, cups, glasses, bowls, plates etc. Would recommend this for families.

The location is walkable or trolley nearby to the beach and boardwalk as well as conveniently next door to restaurants and stores. The condo was as described , clean but nothing provided ( bring soap, paper goods, dish detergent etc. kitchen is dated but has basics you would need. Overall a good stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed that the couch and love seat were sandy and the floor seemed sandy -- no rugs at entry ways to capture sand or rainwater when walking in.
Security and privacy could be improved by putting a drape across the patio door . We were willing to clean up ourselves but there were no Swifter pads and the floor mop was filthy.
There was an odd hammering/clicking sound in the wall on the first floor between teh bathroom and dining room when the 2 nd floor master bedroom sink was running both hot and cold water for over 5 minutes.--- sagging sewer pipe ?
