This was our second year at Marco Island and it was even better than our first. The property was large and accommodated our group of x7 adult family members with ease. Each bedroom has its own private bath which makes it much easier for all to have a bit of privacy when needed. The pool was amazing, bikes were a blast, and we spent hours walking on Tigertail Beach enjoying the sun while searching for sea shells (and we found a bunch!).
The home is a bit dated, but it really didn’t matter as almost all of our time was spent outside. Sunshine, beautiful weather, and great memories were all around us. And Angie from Marco Island Escapes (property management company) is amazing to work with.

The house and property are beautiful. Very well equipped kitchen, the bedrooms are all separated from each other with great mattresses and linens. Every bedroom had a bathroom. The house was super comfy for all ten of us. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay again. Oh! And working with Marco Escapes made it all that much better. They were excellent. Verbo not so much. I will try to never use VRBO again. Too many fees and terrible customer service.

I just want to start by saying thank you for allowing myself and family to call your beautiful property our home for the week.
Beach Daze was everything we could of imagined. The house is spotless, and decorated tastefully. From the moment we walked into the entry we were in awe. The open living space on the first floor was perfect for our family nights. The kitchen was perfect for our family meals and snack times. We loved the 3 bedrooms downstairs. They were all beautifully decorated and welcoming. It was also a plus having bathrooms in each bedroom. Only thing I would suggest is a little more dresser space for clothes in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms downstairs. Otherwise amazing!
The upstairs was perfect for our young adult children. I have 2 boys and my sister in law has 2 girls. The bedrooms were perfectly arranged so each had there own space with their own bathroom.
Now to our favorite part. The outdoor living area. The lanai outside with couches and TV was a perfect spot. From lounging in the pool or jacuzzi we could watch TV or play music through the Sonos system installed. There is also an outdoor kitchen and half bath with came in handy. The dock and lagoon was perfect. We rented a pontoon and had no troubles maneuvering the boat in and out.
I could go on and on but all in all a perfect 10 in all around.

Beautiful home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marco Island. The home was well equipped, very spacious, outdoor space is beautiful, and the beds are comfortable! Hot tub and pool were clean. We enjoyed grilling out and eating by the pool. Our only complaint was the proximity to the beach. It is a 12-14 minute walk to the entrance of tiger tail beach (the parking lot) and then from there it is another 15-20 min walk to the gulf side of beach. You do not want to hang out on the bay side! In the heat of the day, it is a tough walk with kids. The last few days of our trip, we drove to South beach entrance. It was a much shorter walk to the beach, but a 10-15 minute drive. The beach is beautiful at south beach! Great place to snorkel and shell hunt.
If renting a boat for the day, be mindful it is a 20 minute idle ride to the house. But a great way to see the island!
Publix is close to the house.
We highly recommend the home!

Beach Daze is a beautiful home in a perfect Marco Island location. The pool and outdoor space can not be beat and it is a short walk to the beach. We loved riding the bikes to nearby restaurants and shops. The house is as pictured and nice to have so many different areas to unwind.
We were surprised to find out that prior to check out, we were to wash all of the sheets and towels. Only two loads of laundry are included in the check out. After two loads, the charge is $25 per load. This was very time consuming on departure eve & day. We have never encountered such a policy before.
Beach Daze is an absolutely wonderful house and location.

The home was spotless. The spa was very easy to use, the pool was heated to a perfect temperature, and there were plenty of beach towels. We dined outdoors at the large dining table every evening after which we would retire to the comfortable outdoor seating area. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, and plenty of sharp knives! Five minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Another Great Stay at Beach Daze
This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at Beach Daze and it was another amazing family vacation! More than enough room for multiple families with children. The kitchen is fully stocked, ample amount of towels and linens. Communication with management company is very easy. We love this house and would love to rent it again!

Awesome House!
The house is awesome! Couldn’t have asked for a better setup for 5 couples to stay. Outdoor area is perfect to hangout all day and indoor room are spacious! Huge plus is also that everyone has individual bathrooms in bedrooms! Only two downsides are that the nice part of the beach is further then stated and the noice ordinance is very strict!

We loved this property. Great location and a beautiful house - comfortable, modern and clean. We had one minor issue which was not the fault of the property manager. A pool maintenance company came by but they were at the wrong house and left halfway through replacing a piece of the filtering system. After calling, the property manager fixed/completed the work. And other than that, we had a great time and hope we can book this house again in the future.

this was a beautiful home, pool and hot tub. we enjoyed the outside tv and seating also by the pool and outdoor kitchen. some of the tiles around the pool are loose and need to be secured but other than that we loved it.

Great Set Up!
We loved the set up in this house! We traveled to Marco Island with are 4 adult children and there significant other. This house made everyone comfortable. Great out door space as well!

Fantastic house and perfect for five couples!
Great property. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, pool, hot tub, outside seating and great grill area! It was the absolute perfect place for the ten of us (five couples). Close to Tigertail Beach and shops. We loved it!!
