Older quiet development walking distance to Lahaina Great beach and fabulous Ocean Pool. Well appointed Townhouse w all the ‘toys’ needed supplied. Efficient AC and ceiling fans. We (party of 3) were very happy here for a week and will return

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean, quiet surroundings. Reminded me of an upscale retirement community, but still plenty of families visiting as guests. Three smaller pools, including one that is a quiet pool overlooking the ocean, but we never had any issue with space at the pools. Limited beach access, but decent beach. Condo was well appointed including beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler for outings. Walk into Lahaina is probably 15 min to the edge of town, probably a mile to the center of town and slightly more to the other edge of town. No sidewalk on most of the way into town, but we never felt endangered. Traffic was fairly light and seemed to be cognizant of the frequent walkers. Thierry was a pleasure to work with.

Nice condo on beautiful grounds, and in a perfect location. A 3 minute drive from front street. Far enough away to be quiet, but close enough to be near the fun when desired. I would have loved to leave an overall 5 star review, but the giant mouse that ran all over the main floor the last night we were there put a big dampener on things. Shortly before we headed to Maui, the property owner emailed us to tell us to please keep all food cleaned up and stowed away, because “Maui has been experiencing a big mouse problem.” I think the emphasis in that sentence should be “a big mouse,” and said “big mouse” lives in this house. I mean this sucker is huge! If the room had not been well lit we he ran his laps, I would have thought it was a rat. We spent a couple of hours trying to shoo him out of the house. He ran under the appliances, so we pulled the range and refrigerator out to try to get him, then he ran into a big hole in the base of the cabinets behind the appliances and we couldn’t get to him. After pulling out the appliances, it was clear he has been living there a while by the amount of mouse poop. Quite a family memory-making experience. We eventually gave up, and my poor son who was sleeping on the sofa bed had to just go to sleep with one eye open, knowing he was sharing the main floor with Big Daddy mouse. To be clear, we were very neat with any food right from the start per the host forewarning us. So we didn’t do anything to attract our unwanted housemate. We even put our chips in sealed plastic containers, and washed dishes immediately rather than risking even leaving crumbs in the sink. Again, I’d love to leave the host a 5 star review, but a big mouse in the house is just unacceptable. A professional exterminator should be hired to return the property to a situation where it can return a 5 star status that it would otherwise deserve. Thankfully we didn’t spot the mouse earlier in our stay so ignorance was bliss for a while at least.

Our stay at Puamana, was a perfect getaway for our family. Nestled in a beautiful, private setting, the condo was a perfect place to relax, yet close to the many restaurants and activities in Lahaina. The condo included a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and all the gear needed to enjoy the local beaches. We would definitely recommend, this vacation rental for anyone looking for the real Hawaiian experience.

We had a great time staying at this property. We were within walking distance of Lahaina (around 15 minutes). The property was nice a quiet, the pool was refreshing and clean. The condo was equipped with everything we needed (including things for the beach-umbrellas, chairs, towels). The owner was excellent to communicate with and very prompt with any questions/problems. We would recommend staying here anytime. Thank you!!!

A Stay in Paradise
This unit is the perfect place to base your stay in Maui! It was pristine, and the location could not have been better. Pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, and a beautiful beach are just steps away. The rental process was easy, and we enjoyed our week so much

We loved the location and the overall vibe of this unit. We had a gorgeous lanai, the decor was pretty and felt more hawaiian than staying at a hotel. It was stocked with everything we needed and communication with the owner was always pleasant and easy. I highly recommend!

What an amazing place! Unit was so close to all 3 pools, but our favorite was the one on the ocean. And what you see in the photos is what you get. Clean, spacious with a well stocked kitchen. Give this unit a 10 out for f 10. And make sure you watch the sunset every evening. So spectacular.

I have stayed at Puamana in Lahaina a few times. It's a wonderful
beach front, gated community with 1-2 story condos, all well kept and well spaced out. 3 pools, one on the ocean side. The condo was well stocked with lots of things I don't usually see in condos, like WD 40, glue, a first aid kit and much more. It made it so easy to live there. I liked the 2 bedrooms upstairs on the same floor. The AC worked very well. The porch was lovely, surrounded by tropical plants. I would certainly stay here again.

I have stayed at Puamana in Lahaina a few times. It's a wonderful

I wanted a place we could be together but have our space and have options. This had everything! It is a beautiful home in a great little community. There is lots to do on the property and within in walking distance to the town of Lahaina. Perfect size home. Loved having a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and 3 bathrooms! Would definitely stay again!

If you have stayed at Puamana before, you know why you are coming back. David and Thierry's place was perfect for our small family (parents and young teen). The two bedrooms upstairs were a good size with nice linens and the two bathrooms had quality towels. The half bath downstairs was very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and with enough plates and silverware if you happen to have guests over. The decor was minimal, stylish with an Asian touch. We loved the covered lanai with its dining table and couch. WiFi was strong enough for WFH and streaming videos. The location is perfect! A short walk to the clubhouse, tennis, pools and, most importantly for the surfers in the family, the middle surf break. Nothing like grabbing your board and walking three minutes to jump in the water. We were sad to leave after just one week, and would love to stay here again. Puamana is really special. Amazing Community in Paradise
Thierry's home in Puamana was the perfect home for me, my husband, my mom, and my 2 young daughters. It was so nice to just get home after a long day of traveling and find everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with all of the pots, pans, and utensils you need. The back patio with dining table and seating was perfect for dinner outside and the grassy areas in the complex were great for playing, soccer, running, and walking to the beach to watch the waves. There was an unavoidable toilet issue which was taken care of by handymen that took care of it easily, with constant communication from our host. It didn't bother us at all. TVs were awesome to have, and it is so so so close to Lahaina where we spent most of our time, as well as a short drive to the resort areas and many other food trucks, stores, shopping, and more. We cannot wait to come back. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Aloha, and mahalo!

This was the perfect place for a 2 week stay in Maui with 2 couples. It was a great price point, location, and a very comfortable stay. Thierry responded to all my questions quickly, although most everything was provided ahead of time or was intuitive. A few key features that made it great:
1. Beds were very comfortable! We slept great!
2. Showers were big, hot, great pressure, and lots of bathroom storage!
3. Bedrooms were upstairs, kitchen and living downstairs, which meant we could have early risers and late sleepers exist easily together without disruption.
4. The back lanai was great for dinners, bbq, or just relaxing. You had close neighbors but didn't feel on top of anyone. We barely saw anyone.
5. The pools were great although we mainly went to the various beaches in driving distance. The ocean pool was amazing for relaxing and whale watching.
6. We enjoyed dinner down at the clubhouse a few nights. Just brought our picnic and wine down and watched the whales and the sunset. It was beautiful.
7. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the little things one might need. We cooked many meals there.
8. We walked into town quite often. It's a bit of a jaunt, but completely doable to grab a meal or go shopping. On days we needed to bring extra gear we just drove and parked in the free public lot.

The development is more like a country club style, so you also have space from other travelers (different from the high-rise condos and timeshares). Easy 5 minute walk to oceanfront saltwater pool, easy 5 minute walk to beach within development and easy 5 minute drive into Lahaina town (10 minutes by bike, 20-30 by foot).
Amenities are as described- fully supplied kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer, supplies for a trip to the beach including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler, & beach towels.
Thierry was very responsive - we had a glitch with the a/c not working the first night and he had a technician out the next day with the fix. A-plus, completely recommend.

Peaceful townhome getaway in the heart of Lahaina
My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Puamana in this lovely townhome. We had everything we needed for a family of 3 including a carport, beach towels, cable tv, fast wifi, and very comfortable beds. Front St. is just a 10-15 minute walk and the location is a pretty central spot in West Maui, close to Kannapali, as well as Keihi areas. I would highly recommend checking out the sunset at the clubhouse every day! I would definitely come back and stay here!

This is the 2nd time my family and I have stayed here and we can’t wait to return. The thoughtful owners responded immediately with answers to any questions and made the check-in process quick and easy. The location is ideal, allowing for an easy walk into Lahaina. Living the Dream
Have stayed in Puamana many times in the past. This unit is perfectly located and very clean. Thierry was very responsive to emails and questions. Perfect for a small family and reasonably priced.
