The home is only 15 min from downtown Lake Tahoe - easy to get to. Large open floor plan with a pool table right in the middle of the family room/kitchen area. Master bathroom was Very large. Nice neighborhood. Nice place to stay. A little over an hour to North Star and the Palisades Ski resorts. Views are incredible driving around the lake. Make sure you purchase a parking pass for the Palisades in advance on the weekends our you won't be able to go.

The first thing you're greeted by upon arrival is a sign on the exterior of the front door threatening fines and eviction for noise. Then you find out these same notices are taped onto every door and window in the common areas of the home. These notices are aggressive, inappropriate, and downright unwelcoming. Though the law only prohibits "excessive noise," these hostile notices made us feel like we could not enjoy ourselves at any volume.
One notice contained a printout of the relevant law with the portions implicating the owner blacked out. I don't find these harassing and deceptive practices acceptable at all, so I would not book any property from this company again.
If in fact this property has had trouble with noise in the past, the owners might think to decorate the upstairs in a way that avoids creating an echo chamber.
This property also shows significant signs of wear and tear. The listing photos are out of date. It seems like this was probably a very nice rental cabin maybe 20 years ago.

Rented for 9 guests. Everybody slept comfortably. Garage was able to accommodate a full size truck and small SUV so parking wasn’t an issue. House overall was very clean. Would rent again for sure

House was in a good location, very clean. Fit a family of 7 adults and 1 child age 7. Celebrated my wife’s 60th bday, very nice about checking in early as our daughter and her family flew in from Tennessee.

As advertised! Clean, new, all the modern touches, beautifully appointed. Floor plan was perfect.
Worked great for the two of us (upstairs) and our son/wife/two little boys (downstairs with two beds, bath, tv room, access to yard). Ample room for dinners for twelve each night when our daughter and family visited from their nearby rental.
Close enough to beaches, grocery stores etc. Quiet residential neighborhood. Enjoyed the pool table and jacuzzi. Only things lacking were laundry soap, dishwasher soap, and tissues.
Really enjoyed our time together there with all that Tahoe has to offer close at hand. Highly recommend;
would stay there again.

The size of the property met expectations however the house reflected heavy wear and tear more than most rental properties. Basic items were not stock (salt/pepper, laundry detergent, etc.) Also, my daugther was biten by a spider in her bed which will require medical attention. The beds in on the first floor were not comfortable and the bedspreads were old. I would not recommend this property for future stays.

I highly recommend this home. The home was well accommodating even for all 8 of us. Plenty of space and sleeping spots. Will definitely try to rent it again.

We had a great stay in this lodge. The lodge is conveniently located and was minutes away from Heavenly, Downtown, restaurants, etc.
When we arrived, the place was not cleaned after the previous stay due to a mixup of the schedules. But we called the landlady and she immediately had it cleaned up. She was also helpful when we asked for an late checkout due to a medical reason.
The lodge was spacious and the amenities were as advertised. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were in good order. All the equipment worked well except for the surround sound which seemed to be disconnected for some reason. We also enjoyed the pool table. Great stay - even though we had a hiccup in the beginning, I still give this a five stars overall.

This house was great for our weekend stay. It fit a large group comfortably and was very well stocked with household needs. However, there were a small amount of towels for the number of people we had but there was a washer and dryer so we could reuse the towels. The downstairs outdoor area was also kind of a bummer. The jacuzzi lid was very hard to remove and nowhere to store it so we couldn’t fully remove it when using the jacuzzi. The open space outback also needs some TLC - the deck is coming apart and the open space is unkept and unusable. We still had a great time in the house. It was comfortable for a large group and a great location for getting around Tahoe!!

Everything was perfect about the house, location, and cleanliness. However, the hot tub was not working properly (only 2 jets out of 6 jets were working). Also, it was molding water wasleaking from upstairs balcony to the whole downstairs deck including hot tub. However, the manager was very nice to help. In addition, we cleaned up the ice in the upstairs balcony and downstairs deck, and fix the garage door which has only one screw installed. I think, some of the house parts and equipment need renewal as one of the reviewers mentioned before.

This house was beautiful and perfect for our stay. We had family and friends in the house and It’s in a great location. Everything is only about 10-15 minutes away, including heavenly. There was even an igloo out front. The hot tub and pool table were perfect entertainment and the rooms were cute. My only complaint is the fireplace did not work in the master bedroom and the vent was covered by a couch which took us forever to find. Management did end up bringing a portable heater so I did not knock off any stars. They were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

House was portrayed as being higher end on listing but when arriving we found an extremely worn and aged home. Master bathroom light was a strobe due to a faulty bulb, sliding door won’t shut because the frame is bowed, bbq was filthy and rusting away and broken, kitchen cabinets are extremely worn and have sharp edges, a/c didn’t work and there were no fans in any of the bedrooms to move the stale air. I would Not reserve this house again in the future.

We stay at this property for three nights. The communication was great with the property manager. We were allowed to check in early which was nice because we had two older adults with us.
There was plenty amenities included for us entertain ourselves given it rained one entire day and we spent most of the time inside.
The property itself is in a safe neighborhood and very close proximity to the downtown area as well as many shops. The house is quite close to its neighbors and did not have much of a view. The upstairs rooms seemed much better tended to than the downstairs rooms. Our family members who stayed downstairs reported that the bathroom did not have soap or shampoo (but both the ones upstairs bathrooms did). The downstairs area was also very dark, stuffy, and you can hear everything going on upstairs amplified (we didn't spend much time downstairs due to these reason).
One thing we would warn summer visitors is that the house gets very warm and there is no AC, we had to buy extra fans to stay comfortable!

The house was spacious and beds comfortable for our group of 8 over the 4th. Documentation was detailed and easy to follow for check in and out. It provided an easy drive into downtown and had trails within walking distance. The set up with pool table, dining room, and TV offered different entertainment in the same room which was perfect for our group on the day we decided to stay in.

My friends and I had a comfortable place to get together and stay for the weekend. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable and the kitchen had the basic needs. The family room and the backyard were great hangout spots and the hottub provided a nice touch.

Overall this was an okay property. The pictures were a little deceiving because the furniture was outdated and a lot of it was either ripped or broken. The property manager did respond to messages we sent, sometimes a little late though. Some of the small appliances didn’t work, as well as very little propane in the propane tank. The knives were very dull and hard to use.
The dishwasher needed some TLC because it stunk very bad.
The balcony was a little scary, we could not lean on it due to fear of it falling over.
There were tons of signs everywhere about keeping noise down which was a little excessive because the neighbors had loud music past 10.
It was a nice neighborhood and felt safe.
It was a good weekend get away with friends and family just had a few downsides to the house.

My family and my cousin’s family wanted a fun place to stay for all ages and this was it. The house provided lots of activities like pool and air hockey and games. We enjoyed the house and our stay! We loved the pool table and hot tub. We would stay there again! It was nice having a garage for our ski equipment. We are from North Carolina and the property owner made the process so easy!

Great layout for groups so you don't all feel pushed together, does get a bit warm with the heat rising from the lower floor to top so keep the thermostat low upstairs. The kitchen/living layout was great for multiple activities and conversations.

The house was clean, and the kitchen was very well-labeled making it easy to cook multiple group meals. The large open-area living space (kitchen/dining/living areas) was perfect for our group of 8 adults. We could all hang out in that area, playing pool, card games, and cooking at the same time.
Master bedroom/bath is very spacious. All other bedrooms and bathrooms were average sized and served their purpose well.
Jacuzzi was a great way to relax after a cold day on the slopes, and the grill made excellent burgers.
The only negative I can think of is that apparently it is easy to get noise violations in this particular neighborhood. Not something that our group had any issues with, but there are MANY signs posted inside the house that remind you of this fact. A minor gripe, I know, but we found that the multiple signs detracted a bit from the otherwise cozy feel of the cabin.
Zeny was quick to respond to any questions/concerns that we had throughout the trip.

We loved staying at this house! It was the perfect size for our family of 4 couples. Full sized beds, 3 full bathrooms, and the hot tub are the reasons we chose this home. The pool table was a hit, too! The neighborhood was quiet. The property manager was very helpful prior to, during, and after our stay. My only criticism would be the lack of furnishings I would have expected: not enough toilet paper, no tissues, plastic wrap or tin foil, not enough paper towels, and not enough wash cloths. These are things I feel should have been stocked as they are necessary when staying for several days. Some of the furnishings were dated or worn out, but not a big deal. Overall, though, we loved it there and would recommend it to larger families who need a little space. We left the house a couple days after the Caldor Fire started and wish the SLT community and the emergency personnel the very best as you protect this beautiful community. You are in our thoughts and prayers!
