The location is absolutely fantastic.

There is not much privacy in the bathroom, it is only separated by a curtain and the toilet is facing the beds.

Lo único que no me gustó de la habitación, es que no había una división adecuada para la baño. Me refiero que no tuviera una puerta, como se acostumbra sino que esta dividido por una especie de cortina que hace que al momento de hacer tus necesidades no sea muy privado

* Great central location, making it easy to get around Nice on foot. * Friendly and welcoming staff. * The continental breakfast was definitely the highlight of my stay. They made fresh pastries every morning, and you could actually smell them coming up to the rooms when breakfast was being prepared, which was lovely. There was also a good selection of meats and cheeses, fresh orange juice, and coffee made for you. There weren’t any eggs, which would have been a nice addition, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. * The room and hotel were generally clean enough.

* The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. Being right in the centre meant there was quite a lot of street noise at night, and early every morning there were rubbish trucks, street sweepers and other street noise. I found it difficult to get a consistently quiet night’s sleep. * The hotel also felt quite stuffy, as though there wasn’t much fresh air circulating through the building. I regularly had to keep the balcony doors open in my room to get some air. * I paid extra for a Deluxe room with a balcony, but unfortunately the room didn’t feel particularly “deluxe”. The balcony was extremely small — roughly a metre by half a metre — so it wasn’t really usable as a balcony and functioned more like an additional window. * The room could also have been better maintained. The floor didn’t feel particularly clean, and there were quite a few scuff marks on the walls and water marks around the bathroom where towels had been placed. * Overall, I expected a little more for the price. I paid around AUD $1,000 for three nights, and given that the hotel is marketed as a boutique property, I was expecting a more polished and comfortable experience.
