Loved the place!

The owner/staff were always making sure you were enjoying your stay & very friendly. The property was maintained beautifully & wonderful views of the river! Close to everything. Only downside is the stairs, but you get great views in return!

Although small in size, the house was comfortable and very well organized. The swimming pool and surrounding property were lovely and very well maintained. We enjoyed using the shared patio area that overlooked the river. All of the boat action was very entertaining.

We had a lovely stay at this property and Holiday Hill in Douglas, MI, right next to Saugatuck. The tree house was beautifully situated at the top of a sand dune and had nice views of the sunrise from a private deck. The dune is wooded and there was nice shade. The Holiday Hill property has a gorgeous private pool with a great view of Saugatuck harbor. There are plenty of lounge chairs and tables around the pool to relax and enjoy a snack. The tree house was the perfect size for a couple. It was cozy and well proportioned between the bedroom, eat in kitchen, and bath. There were dishes, cutlery, a mini fridge, and pots and pans for cooking. The property was very clean. All of the ingredients for a perfect stay. Like some of the other reviews mentioned, there were many steps up to the treehouse, but every step was worth it. There is also a closer parking area with a few spots where you can at least unload and load luggage, even if it’s full. I was most thankful for the property managers promptly contacting us after I left my checkbook in the tree house. They sent it back to my home address via registered mail safe and sound. We can’t wait for our next visit!

A cozy little home up in the hills. A perfect getaway spot with my wife. Morning coffee overlooking the boats on the Kalamazoo river, hiking the nature path on Mount Baldhead and watching the sunset over Lake Michigan at Oval Beach. Just a few of the close by activities you can experience staying here.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! It was the perfect size space for my partner and I, and a great location! We were in town to go to Tulip Time in Holland, and it was just a short drive away, while also being very close to the cute shops in Saugatuck. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly as well. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely come back again!

Very nice, the kitchen drawers were a little rough and the shower fixtures need replacing. It was very clean and really unique. I would stay again.

Only stayed overnight so didn’t get a lot of use but everything was fantastic!

Quite little place tucked in the woods but not too far from the action in town. Will stay here again.

After a rough month, I badly needed some down time. The "treehouse's" quiet solitude, was perfect! A tiny space that's big on comfort and convenience. Also, I greatly appreciate Nick's patience as I lost track of time and checked out late. I will definitely be coming back for another recharge.

It required that we wake more than once in the night to re-start the fan in the bedroom. No fan in the bathroom necessitated keeping a screened window open during the duration of our stay. And, one electrical outlet on the right side of the bed was not functional. Beyond that. . . the place was adorable and fun. BEAUTIFUL setting and pool!!!

My husband and I celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary here. We loved the town, the people, the cider and of course, the treehouse. It was perfect for what we needed. The deck was icing on the cake. Thank you!

If you are looking to be out all day and just want to crash and make your own coffee , this is clean glamp like fun. There is no tub, and the shower has a roof, if you are over 6’3 it wont be great. But at 5;9 i was thrilled. Cozy, clean super friendly great location, defiantly will return.

This property was exactly like the pictures and description. It was clean and well kept. Our weekend was wonderful. We had a great view up on the hill and were close to town, Oval Beach and Mt Baldhead. It was a great weekend. Check in and Check out was easy and everyone was extremely friendly. Lovely area and lots to see and explore.

This is the second year we’ve stayed here and it was great again. Unit has everything we needed for a a get away. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We love the deck for watching the boats on the river. Can’t recommend it enough. We’ll be back next year!
