El apartamento está a pocos metros de la estación central de Nápoles, de las líneas de metro 1 y 2 y del ferrocarril Circumvesuviana que conecta el centro de Nápoles con: Pompeya, Herculano y Sorrento, en 10 minutos a pie se puede llegar fácilmente al centro histórico, El subterráneo de Nápoles, San Gregorio Armeno y los principales sitios de interés cultural, es adecuado para parejas, turistas, viajeros de negocios y familias con niños.
La propiedad acaba de ser finamente restaurada. Está en un contexto tranquilo y elegante, se compone de un dormitorio muy grande en el que hay una cama doble y dos camas individuales, la cocina-solarium es muy grande. La cocina está equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios, en la misma habitación hay un gran sofá cama para dos personas, el baño es grande y muy moderno con una ducha emocional muy grande y moderna.
No hay límite de acceso dentro de la casa. los huéspedes se beneficiarán de todos los servicios de la casa

La propiedad se encuentra a pocos metros de la estación central, desde los subterráneos de la circunvesuviana que conecta Nápoles con la península de Sorrento hasta las excavaciones arqueológicas de Herculano y Pompeya, el área también cuenta con las principales líneas de transporte urbano. El puerto turístico desde el que parten los embarques hacia las islas de Ischia Capri y Procida está a 1 km y se puede llegar fácilmente en varios medios de transporte público. El aeropuerto está a 1,5 km y también está bien conectado con nuestra residencia. A 100 metros se encuentra el centro de negocios donde se encuentran las oficinas principales y los bancos de la ciudad.
A menos de 100 metros hay algunas de las mejores pizzerías y restaurantes de la ciudad, algunos supermercados, un mercado local típico y muchas tiendas de diversos tipos.
Si llegas en coche? no hay problema a pocos metros hay un garaje con el que tenemos un acuerdo

Maria was so accommodating by giving us early check in, the apartment so clean and inviting and a suggestion for the best pizza nearby. It was fantastic pizza!
The area was vibrant and busy, with a variety of shops and close to the Metro to catch our trains to Pompeii and Rome.
I would definitely stay there again if I got an opportunity to go back to Naples.

We had a nice stay, Maria was very welcoming despite the language barrier. Her son spoke some english and was able go give some recommendations on where to eat and what to see. The apartment was spacious and clean. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy as Maria lives next door to this rental. The location was a short walk from the train station and Metro line which allowed for easy access to the rest of Naples.

María and her sons were welcoming and very attentive. Her apartment was super comfortable, safe, and clean. Central to everything!!! Two blks from local supermarket which was fantastic, two blks to a local laundry, and the building in front had one of the best Napoleon pizzas ever!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! Thank you Maria and sons, we will be back.

This was a great location for my 3 night stay in Naples. 7 min walk from the train station, and lots of restaurants nearby. Transportation by train was easy to explore Naples.

Comfortable bed, great balcony, large kitchen, reliable wi-fi, location near the train station/metro and restaurants, nice hosts. We would definitely stay again next time in Naples.

We felt like we were experiencing a local Naples neighborhood. Living in a place with a balcony off the bedroom and a large window in the kitchen. we could see people living across the street through their windows as well as on the street below. Laughing, arguing, explaining and living out loud with each other. The rooms were impeccably clean, as were the linens. Our host family was unfailingly available to help- they printed our train tickets as soon as we needed them.
The one thing which was challenging for us was the noises at night, throughout the night, with garbage pickup, scooters and various conversations easily heard through our open windows. Which we wanted open for the delicious breezes!!!

Very close to train station. The space was clean, and beautiful. A/C was spot on!!
Our host were very nice and helpful. we had a lovely stay!
Location was a bit of a walk to the restaurants and shops but doable.

Convenient Booking
I booked this for a few friends of mine staying. They told me that they had a lovely stay there, and that it was really clean. The property manager was very nice and accommodating. Just a forewarning, the booking says 2 bedroom when it is really a 1 bedroom. So, the max capacity of 6 was very tight. Great location, as it was very close to the metro station.

Bella vacanza a Napoli/Pompei
L'appartamento, arioso e pulito, rispecchia in tutto la descrizione presente nel sito. La sua collocazione lo rende comodissimo alla Metropolitana, alla Stazione e alla Circumvesuviana, cosa che ha reso agevole visitare Pompei e Napoli.
Siamo stati molto contenti della gentile accoglienza e della disponibilità a fornire informazioni o per risolvere piccoli contrattempi.
Lo consigliamo vivamente a chi vuole vivere una bella vacanza in un ambiente accogliente.

We were well received by the friendly owners and would have interacted with them more if we were not out exploring so much. We stayed two nights to visit Pompei and the Amalfi coast as well as the archeological museum ( which is a must see after Pompei) It is only a 10 minute walk from the train station and metro so it was a very convenient location. We were pleasantly surprised by the neighbourhood feel of the area and there are many restaurants and small stores close by. They recommended a great pizzeria which we enjoyed. There is a small grocery store close by. The apartment is large and very clean. The couch in the kitchen was converted to a comfortable bed as there were four of us. Each room has heating/cooling if you need it. The bathroom is nice with a large shower.
We would gladly stay here longer if we had the time

Maria Provides a Wonderful Stay from her heart
The apartment was immaculate! Extremely clean and comfortable. Check in was very efficient. Very convenient to the train station. We couldn't have asked for a better more hospitable host!

Toute ma famille (5 personnes), nous sommes arrivés de l’aéroport de Naples à l'appartement vers 23h30. Maria et Danilo son fils nous attendaient: Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueilli et avons reçu toutes les explications utiles à notre séjours. Maria est super gentille et a toujours été disponible pour nous durant notre séjours.
Nous avons passé 10 jours mémorables à Naples dans l'appartement " Mary's Sweet Home", un des appartements de Maria. Entièrement rénové, cuisine et salle de bain neuves, confortable et propre, cet appartement correspond exactement aux images et descriptions qui en sont faites. Situé non loin de l’aéroport de Naples, la Gare centrale de Garibaldi est à 10 minutes à pied où on peut prendre les métros et bus. Nous reviendrons dès que possible et sans inquiétude à Naples chez Maria.
