The property has a great location, walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go, excellent restaurants close to it. The staff were very pleasant. We arrived very early and even if check in was 3pm they let us check in as the apartment was ready. After an over 20 hour trip that was extremely welcome!

Spacious and clean. Easy check-in and check-out. Good communications. Washing machine and dishwasher. Right beside lidle and Carrefour groceries.

Location is across from a bus stop and metro station which was very convienent, but somewhat "sketchy" at times.

Amazing location - we didn't have to use the subway once, we could walk everywhere. The apartment was, beautiful with premium fixtures and excellent for watching the world go by from the balcony. We couldn't believe the quality for such a great price.

Nothing - it was a bit noisy but that is to be expected given the location. If you're a light sleeper just bring along some earplugs and you'll be fine.

Ideal location just 5 minutes from Plaza Mayor. Parking a short walk away. Modern apartment with functional kitchen. Large food supermarket right next door.

Pillows on the beds not very comfortable.

The staff member we first met was not particularly friendly or welcoming. My credit card wouldn't work and she was very hostile.and made no real effort to help. Was very much "well what can I do" and obviously I felt stressed. Not the best first impression.

Great location, nice and spacious fully equipped apartment. Cheking in and out was super easy.

The wifi was quite slow, but that was a very minor inconvenience :)

Close to the city centre and supermarkets. Area seem to concentrate homeless. We stayed in the 2 bed apartment and it was really big and spacious. We had ( almost ) everything we needed. Immaculate kitchen with all the appliances ans utensils.

I asked multiple times for the plug for the bathtub and had no luck. I was told maitenance will look into it but nothing . Not even an explanation. Having a bathtub was a requirement for me, and that's why I booked this apartment. Otherwise, I would have booked somewhere else. Curtains don't fully block the light, so in the am light, they get into the rooms and wake us up.
