Great stay in Studio City
Our stay at Ed & Rada's place was great! Good location for visiting Universal Studios and Hollywood area. It was also close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of space for our family of 6. One thing that would have been nice would to have had some towel racks in the bathrooms to hang towels on. Thanks for letting us rent your place!!

Great location and perfect place to stay!
This was a perfect vacation rental for our weekend getaway! It was a short ride to Universal Studios, and we were able to avoid the parking fees by taking Lyft/Uber. The location is walking distance to Trader Joe's, as well as lots of great shops and restaurants. Everything was quite clean, though one of the beds seemed to have some sand or something in it. However, there was plenty of extra bedding available, so it was easily resolved. Check-in and Check-out were very easy as well. Overall, a great rental and I would definitely stay again with a group!

Great location
This property is in a great location. We were able to walk to get dinner and visit local shops. It was a short drive to universal studios. The owners were fast to respond to any questions. Thank you

Great property
We enjoyed our stay. It's located very close to Universal Studios in a safe quiet neighborhood. It was very easy to communicate with Rada and Ed and check in/out was a breeze. The beds were very comfortable and loved having 3 bathrooms for the 6 of us. We would definitely stay there again.

This place was perfect for our families needs . Short drive to Universal studios ,walking distance to grocery stores and dining . Great place to come back to after a busy day taking in the sights would definitley stay again

It was overall comfortable but had a generally dingy feel to it. IF we had rags or paper towels or anything we could have wiped the table. I didn't want to use your nice wash cloths.
SUGGESTION: get some floor mats. Blanket in front of the door doesn't look very nice. The kitchen could use a floor mat as a reprieve from the nasty floors. Bath mats for safety. Get rid of that horrible couch.
Little changes can make it more homey.

Great base to explore LA
Great location, close to shops and restaurants and a good base for exploring North LA. Beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our queries.

We enjoyed this place very much. It was perfect for our trip to Universal Studios...a quick drive to it. Walking distance to Trader Joe’s and Vons. It was clean and spacious.

Wonderful Vacation
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! Our kids loved the bunk beds and the rooftop patio was a huge hit! It was so easy to be able to stay close to everything and the owners were so lovely and helpful! Thank you for a fabulous vacation!!

We loved this house! It’s central to everything we wanted to do. Universal Studios was so much closer than we thought! That was nice after a long day there. Thank you Ed and Rada for a great week for our family.

Nice place!
Our family stayed here during our visit to Universal Studios. I was surprised how short of a drive it was to Universal. Nice location. This condo is so spacious with unique fixtures and furniture. Huge closets, quiet neighborhood, close to Trader Joes for groceries. For the most part the condo was stocked well with blankets, towels, kitchen supplies. There was some items that we found that could have been useful but were not in the condo (sharp knives, kitchen towels, paper towels). I believe the pillowcases and sheets were cleaned, but we did notice stains many dark stains on the pillows. I'd recommend replacing the pillows on some frequency. Overall, however, we truly enjoyed our stay and loved how our vehicle was secure in the locked garage. Our kids' favorite part was the curved couch :)

Studio City Chic
We are a family of 3 adults and 3 children 8,10, and 12 and had plenty of room in this property. The 2nd bedroom had bunks with full size mattresses which was nice. It was located on a quaint side street, close to Universal and WB. Location is a big plus. We had plenty of hot water. Rooftop deck with table for six was nice at night. Kitchen was moderately stocked. If you are planning on cooking a lot, come prepared. Check in required a call to the owner to explain parking garage. Not a big deal, but something to know ahead of time. Garage parking was great, especially in this area. If you have a problem with stairs, know there are 3 flights of stairs to access the entire property.

Great location and nice property
The property was clean and well maintained. There were lots of fresh linens and towels. It was within walking distance to shops & nice restaurants. It was also an ideal location to get to the highway quickly and not long drive times to beaches and other places tourists might like to visit. We all had a great time staying at your place. Such a great rental!
We loved staying here! It’s bright and spacious and clean. Great neighborhood. Minutes to Universal Studios. Our kids loves the rooftop dining area. And Ed and Rada are great owners. Thanks for helping us have a great trip!

We enjoyed the place very much. It slept our group of 10 very comfortably. The owners were very nice and very accommodating. Great communication also. The location was good with many conveniences within walking distance. Although our large van wouldn’t fit in the garage space we easily found street parking. Also, on Sunday the Studio City Farmers market is right down the street. Condo was well equipped with linens, blankets and towels. Kitchen basics, paper towels, tinfoil, garbage bags etc..were missing so I just recommend checking with owner prior to make sure whether or not these items will be stocked upon arrival. I would highly recommend this rental and would love to stay again.

Absolutely loved staying here. 5 min. drive to Universal Studios which we visited for 2 days. The apartment was clean with a modern feel. We loved having breakfast upstairs on the roof patio. Our party had 4 adults and 3 kids, plenty of space. Everyone had a fantastic time.

Unit was freshly cleaned when we arrived and the private parking garage was a huge bonus. There was plenty of room for the 6 people in our part to sit, sleep, and eat. We had an injured member of our party so we spent more time in the condo than we expected but it was relaxing and comfortable. We cooked meals there, walked to some awesome restaurants down the street, and took Lyft to some places too. Everything is so easy to get to. Trader Joe's is literally a 3 minute walk if you need groceries. If you want to eat out, there's everything from Japanese to American Fusion down the street. We also took a Lyft to Universal Studios and it was less than $10 as 10 minutes. I will definitely book again if we are ever in the area.

This home was clean with a nice view from the roof deck. The owners were available quickly for any questions. They were flexible with the check in time being later than two. It was close to Ventura Blvd. which had many shops and restaurants. It's a very nice place to stay.

If needed, we could have blown up a queen air mattress in the Master room and still have room to spare! The 3rd floor rooftop patio was beautiful. The girls did their yoga up there every morning. The 2 parking spaces were wonderful to have, and enough space- we had a mini van and a Medium SUV and they fit no problem.

We were able to park our suburban in the parking spot which was great. We will definitely be using this unit again on our next trips to LA. One of the better rentals I have stayed in. 5 doctoral students stayed 8 days in this house as we attended a week of classes. Easy access location - we literally came from all over North America. The place was roomy, comfortable, and extremely well kept. SO much better than wasting money on a hotel. Look forward to coming again.

I recently rented this apartment for my brother and his young family who were visiting Los Angeles. I live in Studio City which is a fantastic part of LA, convenient to all the tourist attractions while having a local feel to the neighbourhood. The apartment is excellently located walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Travelling to tourist destinations is very easy from here. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, well maintained, fully equipped and very clean. My brother and his family had a lovely stay and the owners are very helpful and everything was very straightforward.
