Location and secured access
Service by Quinovic was terrible, they promise something but poor delivery.
The fridge was not cleaned, and the bathrooms were smelly, broken dining table chair.
Arrogant people especially the one at the counter, who helps you with the check in.
She speaks as if she does a favor, the worst customer service ever.

Pillows were hard. Instructions when leaving were not correct as we were told to leave the keys in the apartment, but then we couldn't get out of the building as the swipe was needed to get to the basement to get our car.
