The hotel location is very good for exploring the city & close to the restaurants, shops & night life. I adored the nearby streets with restaurant in which live music was playing every night! It is so great & not far from the hotel! The surrounding buildings beside the hotel are old & pretty shabby, a bit bohemian area. But, I could see Mother Georgia monument from my window & some other historic monuments from my big terrace! The decorations at the hotel are very specific, attractive& different. The breakfast was good. The staff was polite, the internet worked ok most of the time, with short breaks in connection on my last day. The aircon worked very well! It is good place & great value for money. Would recommend it for short stays!

Everything was ok!

We had room 14 which had a roof terrace with a view and a seating area in the room which was big. It is very clean. Location is great for new and old city. Breakfast had a nice mix (but not really extensive) Staff on front desk were always helpful

The shuttle from ferry much more expensive than a Bolt taxi would have been.

The cleaning was not accurate and also no one has cleaned the room on the next day after check-in (we have 2 nights in total). It wasn’t a problem for us though.

Old cream cheese with mould in fridge on arrival. Otherwise generally kept clean, housekeeping every day/every other day.

First of all, location is great! It is very safe and everything is foot walk distance. I have traveled to many countries, but level of hospitality in this hotel was on top. Room was clean and they also provide nice coffee and tea there. Breakfast was very good and I think everyone would like it. Special thanks to George!!

The bathroom really smell because of humidity, the pressure of water in the bathroom is not so strong. I won’t go back, even if the staff was really nice and location is perfect.

The room was large and spacious and the terrace was beautiful. It was a comfortable setting. And the location is great, right in the city centre and still quiet during the night. And one has access to the cherry tree and some fresh cherries during the season. I think this was the cherry on the cherry moment!

The coffee mugs were not cleaned or replaced. Bought some chocolates and left in the fridge and it wasn't there (it was a small bag but still, weird that it was taken)

Fantastic hotel in the middle of the old city. atmospheric and nice. The neighborhood was really nice to. Got the best service and the staff really did their best for us to have a good stay

Location was excellent! Staff was very nice, trying to accommodate our request of not having to move rooms, since we had 2 separate reservations for 2 nights. Also, the request for almond milk for breakfast was accommodated - only at this property for our entire trip in Georgia.

There could have been some fruits for breakfast and better coffee. Also, it was quite loud outside due to the location, but that is not something that the hotel is responsible for.

The hotel is set on a back street very close to the centre of the old city and is in an ideal location. The room was nice and comfortable and the breakfast was fine. The staff were good and helped to lift suitcases up and down stairs.

It was noisy, with people coming in late (after midnight) who made no attempt to be quiet. The room was very clean apart from the shower curtain which had quite a lot of mould on it.

Hotel location is excellent and everything is nearby the location on walkable distance.
