Location. Beautiful view from balcony of the sea. Liked having two bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of free parking on the street. Short walk to the beach. Many restaurants nearby.

Coffee table needed a glass top one it. Could not set a drink on it.

The property is on the 13th Floor with fantastic sea views along with over the town. lots of USB and USB-C charging points along with good internet/Wi-Fi which was great for the smart tv. All the rooms were comfortable and the memory foam mattresses were fantastic to sleep on. I can’t fault the accommodation however maybe the windows and doors should have locks on as if a family with younger children stayed it could be a risk being so high up. Thank you so much for the stay and the communication throughout it was wonderful.

No sun loungers at the pool and the balcony didn't get sun in the afternoon/evening

the noise from the neighbors on either side and the top, it was impossible to sleep as they were up all night it seems! plus the beds are awful!

Everything was nice. A big apartment. Nice terrace, nice views city and sea.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Coffee machine was a lovely addition. Nice to have a concierge/security 24 hours in the building. Rooms spacious and well equipped. Balcony good size. The apartment is 3 minute walk from supermarket in one direction and 3 minute walk to Playa De Locos, 30 minute walk from Marina. Claudia met us at the apartment to show us round, super friendly and easy to get hold of during our stay.

Really clean, spacious apartment, a few minutes walk from the sea front and from the centre of town. It was lovely to have access to the pool as we went during extremely hot weather, which means that at times going to the beach was not an option.

Only issue was that it was described as 2 double beds ans 2 singles; however it turned out to be 1 double and 4 singles, which meant that 1 of the couples had to push two single beds together. One of the shower heads was slightly broken, so it was hard at times to wash our hair (but we were still able to use the shower).

+ great location, 5 mins from Playa de los Locos and even less to Consum (local supermarket) + pleasant view from the balcony overlooking the sea + spacious + friendly staff, Anita in particular was very smiley and welcoming

- tiny kitchen - rancid dishwasher - mouldy dish sponge - no laundry detergent provided - almost impressively blunt knives (we actually just went and bought our own from Consum) - rusty kettle and cupboard racks - shower broke on 2nd day and never got fixed - a lot of road noise including binmen at 3:30am - broken tile on the step in from the balcony which was very sharp and could easily cause injury

The apartment was a really good size with a fully equipped bathroom and a separate toilet and shower room which is handy with a family. There was air conditioning which was needed! The kitchen is very well equipped with delph and cutlery etc. The balcony was a good size and nice to have. It was perfectly clean when we arrived. I was very impressed with how clean it was. Getting keys and leaving them back was no hassle. The location is perfect. 3 minute walk to playa Los locos. And so close to a great choice of places to eat. The pool at the complex is lovely. 3 different pools of varying depths which was perfect for all the family. And it never seemed to get too busy either. Overall this is a great apartment in a great location.

There were no bin bags or kitchen paper in the kitchen. I feel these should be provided although this is only a small thing. The air conditioning was leaking on the balcony so we had to mop the balcony to get rid of excess water.

The size of the apartment was as described in the offer, it inclused 2 bathrooms and a balcony with armchairs and a table. Handing over the keys was quick and efficient.

Unfortunately, the apartment I rented was not the one, which was shown on the photo in the offer. The gentleman handing me the keys said, that it was a frequent mistake and that it was only a pictorial photo and they were renting what was available and in stock. Unfortunately, the apartment I got, was without a sea view, which was in the picture, with a different distance to the beach and completely differently decorated, the bedding was wrinkled, not ironed. I do not recommend this offer.
