The location is great
The Villa is big and enough for small families
The rooms need to be clean
No one at the reception office  at any time
The nearest supermarket is 700 meters if you don’t have a car, it’s very dangerous to cross the main road. 
The place is in the middle  between Rize and Ayder

The view is so nice and we found it cleaned and ready with all requested things.
Special thanks goes to Mr. Tawfiq for his unlimited support and cooperation.

The Location is great and the owner is very friendly and welcoming. He made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.
The breakfast could be better but other then that everything was great.

Amazing place with its location and very helpful staff. Small but cozy and warm
Not a big problem but the shower was broken and you need to hold it while taking shower. A bit maintenance is needed
