We liked the cleanliness & the ambiance during our stay. We will definitely recommend and come back again.

Regarding the food from our breakfast buffet, it was good but not that appetizing compared to other hotels we went. I hope you can upgrade by having fried rice as you have Asian guests as well. I didn't liked the waffle, too.. I'm sorry. But apart from that, my husband & I enjoyed our overnight stay.

De ligging vlakbij het vliegveld is fijn, feit dat er een shuttlebus is top! Winkeltje in het hotel (en Starbucks) en supermarkt in de straat. Ideaal!

Het is een hotel waar families komen met zes, zeven kinderen. Ontzettend druk, vooral ‘s ochtends bij het ontbijt en in de lift, waarbij al die kids rondrennen. Believe me; we love children- maar het is hier niet echt een gewoonte om je kids rustig aan tafel te laten zitten.

I really liked the room with a gorgeous view and a bathroom overlooking the sea, very tasty food for every taste, friendly staff, especially Mr. Rol and Ms.Jyoti. Quiet, calm place on the first line of the sea. We will be happy to come again

Check-in was swift as the front desk staff was very professional. This was our second stay with young kids. Breakfast was awesome. Keep shining and serving the customers the same. The location is very convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The wifi was kinda on and off but on a 100 everything was perfect!!!

24 hr snack bar. Food was very good - variety, quality and quantity. Size of rooms was excellent.

Room wasn’t cleaned for our 2 night stay - bare minimum. Only 1 towel was changed. Bathroom door was very heavy. ‘Hot’ food wasn’t served hot, only warm.

Service wasnt good and even changed my flight to earlier but they didnt refund cuz i mistakely made wrong reservation and didnt read all the condition. The place was far from everything except airport. Asked for ice and they said we didnt have Asked for cola and they didnt bring it up to the room The breakfast wasnt good at all for me I dont know and i wasnt comfortable No snacks and beverage in the fridge and they are not bringing up to ur room u have to go down by ur self

The house keepers where hardworking and tried all they could to keep the property clean

The hotel managers. My flight got cancelled last minute due to the gulf of rain. My airline sent a last minute message before checking out in a few hours I wanted to extend my day for another extra three days even tho the room prices have spiked up. All the receptionist tried so I can maintain the room but both managers refused saying the hotel is fully booked leaving me stranded for a day.

Great location and the staff are nice and friendly. The room was spacious, very neat and corridors are very clean. I will stay here over and over again anytime I visit Dubai

Near the airport, close proximity to metro stations, nice staff, cleanliness and professional.

Unfortunately the TV is not connected to a set-top box to view other channels.

The hotel is located at the covenient place and very friendly staff.The breakfast was also a good one.

It would have been better if the safe box at the room is a bit larger in size.

I extended my stay from three days till my date of departure. Genuinely, I am glad I had a room on the 11th floor(the best floor)The house keepers come everyday to tidy up the room. Taman(Housekeeper) is the best very hardworking with professional working ethics infact if someone on that floor ever complain of anyone taking something of their it’s never true. Moreover, about cleanness at “Hampton” is a 9/10 immediately after cleaning by housekeepers guest actually dispose garbages at the entrance of their rooms knowing so well there are bins for refuse(rubbish) in the room which is always emptied and replaced everyday. Staffs also help in providing the necessary information for clients to feel comfortable. I’m glad the rooms come with buffet breakfast.

Well I can’t get access to the shuttle bus if it rains. The thought of going to the airport without a shuttle bus makes me sad I had to struggle to find the hotel. Never had the chance to use and enjoy the shuttle bus

الغرف مريحة ويوجد غرف متصلة للاطفال مع الوالدين والمسبح كبير وموقع الفندق ممتاز وهذي ثاني مرة نسكن فيه وموظفين الاستقبال متعاونين أخذنا الغرفة مع السرير الاريكة لوجود طفل وكانت الاريكة تفتح ويكون عندنا سرير اضافي للطفل

جهاز صنع الوافل كان خربان ويلزق فيه العجين كان المفروض ينتبهون له ... بوفيه الإفطار صغير والمكان لايكفي للعدد الكبير الذي يسكن بالفندق وخاصة ان وجبة الإفطار مشمولة لجميع الغرف بدون استثناء فيكون المكان مزدحم وللأسف بعض الناس لايراعون ويدخلون بين الواقفين ف الطابور المخدات ف الغرفة رغم انها ريش الا انها لينه وايد يعني تحتاج مخدتين ويادوب تكفي والسرير كوين يعني اللي يحب مو كبير وايد

The service to get something from the room service need to call n remind them 10 times in a day and another problem the reception never answers the call like once in 10 calls they will ans and we asked for ice in our room they said they don’t deliver it to the room and we need to come n collect that’s not how it’s suppose to be

Персонал приветливый, есть русскоговорящая девушка на ресепшен. Но наш вопрос с расселением не был решен, так как этого просили мы. Хотя свободные номера были.

Нас поселили на 1м этаже и на нижнем этаже постоянно работали стиральные машины, в номере был слышен приглушенный шум стиральных машин. При выходе из номера на прогулку увидели большого коричневого таракана😳 И еще, была проблема с холодной водой. Приходилось мыться чуть ли не под кипятком, не могли настроить воду

I thought we able to enjoy as a family their swimming pool, but on the time of our stay, it is under renovation and it was weekends when the only day off we have and The bus shuttle going to the beach is not on time, which is the reason we decided to take the taxi, because we couldn’t enjoy if we depend on the bus.
