Short, roughly one block walk to the beach, close to Publix (groceries), Walgreens, dining, the local bus stop was right on the corner.

Inadequate maintenance, garage opener keypad had to be fiddled with to do work after property management “repaired it,” several light bulbs were burned out. We reported the issue via text message. We didn't get a reply until the last day of our stay; the washing machine had to be repaired, it broke on the second to last day of our visit. Still, it was fixed the same day service was dispatched.

Host was attentive to send maintenance right away and resolve odor issue. The pool and shaded area was nice, but could have been kept up better. The communication with the Real Estate company was excellent. Easy check in and check out. The garage had beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and wagon.

Dirty rugs and we cleaned the floors and counters, freshened the place up a lot because it smelled bad. Terrible odor in the bathroom upon arrival. We immediately closed. It did not smell clean. Laundry was not hooked to cold water. The old jetted tub upstairs needs replaced. We did not use it or the shower because it was so old and yucky. The sleeper sofa was not in useable condition and the living room furniture was old and uncomfortable.
