Room is pretty tight and dark

View was lovely! The apartment felt clean and nice. Private parking included. Friendly staff :)

Beds were short, a tall person hardly fits if you’re 190, your feet will be outside of the bed. Also the apartment was quite small, we didnt expect that.

Really spacious balcony with excellent views to the sea. Beach promenade and the famous beach Punta Rata in short walking distance. Two seperate cozy bedrooms with own bathrooms with access to joint private balcony. The apartment contained basic equipment. Would be great for a bigger group, for example two couples.

The property is really good, clean, air-conditioned with an amazing view. Early in the morning you can breakfast outside with the great view on the coast and Adriatic see as the terrace is in the shadow. There are enough parking spots so no worries about that. A shop/market is 1 minute away which is super cool and practical. The sea is not too far ~5 mins with stairs although coming back is a bit "sporty" as the stairs are steep 😀. The host is really awesome, very responsive, flexible, friendly and kind, all recommendations.

Lovely view, really nice hosts. They even waited for us to get back from dinner at night to bring us some baked goods that were absolutely delicious and also had some cold beers and water waiting for us when we arrived. The water pressure in the shower is very good and the airconditioning made the temperature very comfortable to sleep. We could park right in front of the property and were able to leave the car for much longer on our check out day so we could go enjoy the beach. Quick walk to the beach which has plenty of nice beaches and restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

Room can be a bit noisy, bathroom is a bit tight if you are staying for longer but for 1 or 2 nights it was perfect for us

Mirjana was an AMAZING host who welcomed us into her guest house with open arms. We were greeted with a delicious sweet treat when we arrived, and they offered to carry our luggage up. The views of the sea from our balcony were our favorite part. We loved waking up to the sea, and watching sunset from our balcony. Our bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was very modern. Above all, Mirjana and her family were one of the best hosts we've had! She gave us wonderful recommendations on which beaches to consider and where to eat. One of our favorite memories from our trip was spending some time drinking local homemade liquors by Mirjana's sister and chatting with them. We enjoyed learning more about their family, about Brela, and about Croatia. Last, we were running late to return our car rental, and Mirjana went above and beyond to help us by having us follow her in our car to take the quickest route. She definitely did not need to do that, but she so graciously offered. We can't wait to return to Brela, and hope we meet Mirjana and her wonderful family again!

Nothing! Everything was top notch, from the hospitality, to the views, to the comfort, and the amenities.

Everything was just wonderful. If we could rate this Guest house higher, we would. If you have a chance to visit Brela and to book a Guest house Ivan Ledic, do that for yourself. It is quite a treat. Hosts are just wonderful and accomodation is perfect. Neat and clean and they keep it that way through your whole stay. Personal approach and kindness of the hosts is just icing on the cake.

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay here. The location is great, just 3 minutes walk to the beach. The room was very clean and confortable. The owner was super nice. Explained everything, gave us recommendations and even had a parking spot reserved for us which we were very thankful.

We had the terrace and enjoyed the view, the sun deck and outside dinner tabel.

The kitchen was a bit small, but we surely managed to cook breakfast and dinner for 5.

Mirjana was incredibly helpful and made our stay perfect. She welcomed us with cold drinks and local dessert. The room was very clean and comfortable and close to the avenue and beaches. We won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Felt like home! Host Mirjana made us feel very welcome from the first moment. View from the balcony was astonishing, we spent great and cosy evenings with the sunset view during our stay. Really 5 min walk to the sea (just be prepared for the stairs :) ). Very impressed with the quality and variety of beaches, many of them are really quiet and felt like private (no crowds). Can't wait to be back!

The fact that we stayed only 6 days :)

This was my second stay at Ledic's house. I am completely in love with location of the house, property and calm. That's what I am searching for my vacation.
