This property was perfect for our family! Plenty of space!
Only inside downfall was the dirty floors, our feet were Black after walking across them barefoot.
We were also surprised to find the lack of lawn care throughout the Boardwalk.

Our goals were simple: Get extended family together to relax and enjoy each other's company. This space was plenty big (there were 12 people in total/4 families). Cozy, comfortable, good combination of outdoor and indoor space. Next to the playground without feeling like it was too close. The shed with the golf cart was full of stuff for the beach, basketball courts, and more.

House was in a great quiet location and has a fantastic layout. The only problem was that when we arrived at 11 pm it hadn't been cleaned. As the office was closed at that time, we had to spend several hours cleaning. The next day the office staff were extremely apologetic and sent a crew, but by then there wasn't much for them to do except spend over an hour cleaning the grill. Was not a great start to the vacation. In addition, as much as we cleaned, the rug in the living room and the carpet in the basement were black with filth. Not easy to see my 1 year old grandson crawl around on that. Plus when we went to do some laundry, the washer was covered in mold. We won't stay at this house again, but we'll be back as Beachwalk is a perfect place to take a family vacation. The pool, beach, playground, etc were fantastic and staff were top notch!

This property was ideal for our family weekend. The open downstairs allowed all 11 of us to be together while meals were being prepared. The downstairs family room was not big enough for all of us but we never had a time when we all needed to be downstairs. Beachwalk has wonderful recreation options and a boardwalk that leads to the beach. We could go out our backdoor and enter a playground.
The kitchen had all of the cooking equipment and plates & silverware that we needed. We had preschool age children and there were plenty of plates and utensils for them.

It was great, no surprises. Lots of room for the 11 of us. Very clean and neat. Plenty of towels for the entire group. Very helpful on the warning of what was there in the kitchen and what was not. Everyone had a great time.

Sweet Digs always provides our family with the perfect house for our vacation needs. It is in excellent shape, clean, in a great location (near park, kiyaking on Lake Kai), and the included golf cart is a definite plus! We always look forward to making some mores around the backyard fire pit.

This was a great house - one of the better layouts we’ve stayed in plus lots of room for everyone in our group. The kitchen and dining / living areas were very open too so we didn’t bump into each other cooking meals. Great screened in back porch, golf cart, porch swing, so many great things to say!

All three generations of my family had a great time! The space is open, clean, and perfectly layed out. This was our second year in Sweet Digs. So disappointed that two weeks after we left, it's already booked by someone else for next summer!

Sweet Digs is pretty sweet
Overall very good. Very clean. Nice dining table for family. Basement area is good for kids old enough to sleep in bunks. Crib and high chair would be appreciated. The stove needs replaced. The porch swing and back porch were wonderful!

We loved our stay at the SweetDigs house! It was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at and the kitchen was well stocked. The screened in porch is really nice and the fire pit and golf cart were well utilized. The grandkids loved having their own space in the basement and the bunk beds. The beds were super comfortable. The house is within walking distance of the community pool and Kai Lake. Highly recommend this home. Also the Beachwalk staff was very accommodating.

We had the best few days at Beachwalk resort! The lake, pool and all amenities were great! The house was so beautiful, set up was perfect for us especially with small grandkids. Clean comfortable and had everything we needed. The golf cart made getting around a breeze and so fun for the kids! Beautiful home and community. We will be back!

Wonderful family vacation
We had the best few days at Beachwalk resort! The lake, pool and all amenities were great! The house was so beautiful, set up was perfect for us especially with small grandkids. Clean comfortable and had everything we needed. The golf cart made getting around a breeze and so fun for the kids! Beautiful home and community. We will be back!

Wonderful accommodations at the Sweet Digs. The complex was very nice and the house was very clean. plenty of room for the group of people that stayed there and we would certainly come back again. Having the golf cart available was great and the fire pit was nice to have as an evening activity.

Sweet Digs was immaculate and well designed for family fun. We especially liked gathering in the back porch for puzzles and reading. the fire pit was perfect for s'mores and story telling. The children gathered downstairs and loved having their own space to play. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cutlery and the table was large enough to fit our hungry crew. I would suggest that a cabinet be left empty or an open shelf piece of furniture be placed for us to put our food items and snacks. Great place to rent!
