The air conditioner in almost every room, the garden and the pool, the 2 new bathrooms, the grill in the garden, ... Practically the whole villa!

The location nearby Pula, Vodnjan and Svetvincenat is perfect for trip in the area.
Excellent house with great swimming pool, bbq and balcony in the shadow.
It was the perfect stay with my family and our friends!
Noise of the neighbours: during our stay people were doing maintenance at other properties.
But is didn't disturb us too much.

It was a nice comfortable place to spend newyears! The place has everything you need for few relaxing days.
The electric cut-outs were a bit annoying but aside that everything was great!
