Friendly staff Room was nicely made each day

Had to wait for hot water to come through on shower and bath for a good 15 minutes Lots of parties happening on roof terrace which finished at midnight but staff was dragging tables and chairs at 2:00am which kept me awake most nights so had very little sleep whilst I was staying there The air conditioning was noisy in the room

The breakfast is not to my expectations. The staff asked if we need something and provided it to us. The juices are wow. The quality of milk shake is excellent. The location is dam excellent. Just get down the train at Phagwada Train station and is walkable distance. I chose this property for joining my daughter at LPU.

Not much varieties to taste. South Indian Idly was horrible. Need some improvement. While booking it says complimentary breakfast but later i was charged for 2. This was little awkward to me. While their are any parties going on during your stay, you need to bear with the loud music and drums.

The staff and housekeeping

Rooms need more intension cleaning wise. Liquids used to clean bathrooms should be none slippery as I did slipped but didn't get hurt. Overall it's very good place to stay

Hotel was Fantastic nice location Room was spacious The staff were very great, Food was tasty and delicious also the rooms were cleaned and comfort Housekeeping supervisor was very curtious. it has a fantastic location for the people that visit the town for work. Inspite of paying the room amount online and while check in the concerned receptionist verified with the accounts department and confirmed the same.But at the time of check out the reception team bluntly said to pay the amount again even after showing the proofs.Finally I decided to pay again stating that I will pay and sue them. Then they made me wait for a long time ,discussed with their bosses and gave me the bill taking the balance amount from me.Worst accounting system as even after 4 days they could not update.

It is an amazing place, particularly the hospitality is awesome. Starting from the Room service (the young girl named Ms Karishma) was so courteous and well behaved. Moving on to the Restaurant ,each and every staff starting from manager to cook, are very decent and they take an utmost care of their guest. Special mention for Mr. Kewal and Mr Jeevan from the restaurant who took special care of us and everyone.They will definitely make an impact on your mind while your stay.. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Everything seems to be in a perfect sync.

Hotel The Grand Ambassador is located at a very good location. The room are very spacious and kept very neat and clean. WIFI network and speed was outstanding it felt like i was using 5G. Other parts of the hotel was very well maintained and the food was very delicious. The staff of the hotel of all departments like house keeping, front desk , restaurant staff were very polite and humble. Worth mention the head of the hotel have maintained the hotel exceptionally well. I will be leaving to London today with fond memories and on my next visit will definitely be coming back to the same hotel.
