This was our second time staying at Gina's apartment. Simply put it's a great updated space with everything you will need for your stay at the Vineyard. Great location as well.

It was an easy, pleasant experience. The apartment was exactly as-advertised. We stayed with our two young children and we had plenty of space. The open kitchen/living room area was comfortable for a couple or a small family. Location was very good, although we’d recommend bikes and/or a car. (Walking into town would be a long walk for most.) There appeared to be a bus stop across the road though. We’ll definitely visit again!

We enjoyed our stay here which was a 5 minute drive to the beach and to Main Street Edgartown where restaurants and shops are. For a couple it was perfect and had everything we needed to enjoy a week on the Vineyard. It was very tranquil and quiet nobody bothered us. Gina the owner is easily accessible at all times and offered us a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Pleasant, charming, quiet, clean open living and kitchen area, with fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook at home. Access to a decent sized back yard if you want to use it. Host is accessible by text/phone throughout your stay and responds quickly if you have any questions. Would definitely stay here again if I go back to MV.

Very clean and very responsive to my emails with questions. Clean and looks new! Two comfortable couches for sleeping, one becomes a bed. The bedroom is also nice and comfortable so it was easy to sleep our family of four. The parking spot was nice as well. I would highly recommend it.

Recent construction. Very organized and well situated - very short car or bike ride into Edgartown.

We loved this place with is clean modern Decor. comfortable A/C, location and proximity to Edgartown and the bike path. It had all of what we needed to cook when we wanted to. Only small draw backs I can think of is the one bedroom was in need of a Fan to circulate the air because of the door is shut at night, it’s hot(closed off from living rm A/C) bed was comfy. Coffee pot too small, we didn’t use it. Keurig would have been better with renters bringing own coffee. Thank you so much for sharing your little piece of the Island with us. We will be back for sure!!

The apartment was clean and had all the basics,namely, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. The location was readily accessible to the supermarket, downtown Edgartown, and only 15 minutes to the ferry. The place is on the bike path and bus line. Overall it was a pleasurable stay. Perfect for a couple!!

Perfect apartment for a couple’s getaway! Cute coastal theme. Clean. Steps from paved bike trail and bus stop. Couple minutes drive to downtown Edgartown and a short drive to Oak Bluffs.

We had a great stay at Gina’s Property. It is located in a wonderful neighborhood. It was clean and We had a terrific time.

The apartment is above a garage that sits next to a bungalow that rents separately. Everything was brand new and spotless. Large, fully appointed kitchen. Good sized bathroom. Smallish bedroom with I full sized bed. Small closet in the bedroom. Living area has a couch that converts to a full sized bed, as well as a futon. Good WiFi and a very nice cable tv package. The apartment is literally steps from the bike path and bus stop. Ample parking for two cars. Any more than that is can get dicey. Great affordable choice for a couple and maybe a couple of small kids. It’s a bit far out to walk to town comfortably, (at least for me), but it is an easy bike ride if you are so inclined. Plenty of shops to pick up any essentials nearby as well as a few good restaurants. Not exactally in the center of the action if that’s what you’re looking for but a nice relaxing place to hang out between excursions. Highly recommended.

This apartment was simply designed and constructed but lovely & comfortable & clean. Owner was easy to contact, and accommodating. Location was a quick drive to the grocery store, downtown edgartown, 10 or 15 min to oak bluffs or vineyard haven and local beaches & restaurants. The backyard did not seem cleaned and ready for use yet & there was no outside grill to use. Driveway is shared with guests of the "main" house next door which could be an issue if everyone has more than 1 vehicle. The bed in the small bedroom is full sized not queen but my fiance is 6'4 and i was 7 mos pregnant and we made it work just fine. Great cooking facilities and tv watching if you choose to have a low key day.

We enjoyed our stay on Martha's Vineyard; the apartment was clean and well maintained, easy to access via door code, with off street parking; Only a quick ride to downtown or to Joseph Sylvia State Beach. Good choice for those looking for less expensive accommodations in Edgartown.
