It was as nice as co-worker said. Easy walk to beach, one block. Armond Circle just down road. Kayaking was excellent. Owner responded quickly when asked question. Though a smart tv with streaming would have been nice.

Nice clean home an had everything we needed for perfects days at the beach. Walking distance to lido key beach an surrounded by very nice homes. Highly recommend.

We love the location short walk to the beach and to the circle everything is close by, friendly neighbors at the apartment. It felt like home away from home.

The apartment worked great for us, didn't spend a ton of time inside as there is so much to do & enjoy in the area. Very convenient that we could easily walk to the Circle, great to do after a big meal & desert. The apartment is just like the photos; comfortable & clean. There were lots of extra beach towels in the closet which was very convenient too. I would stay again, the price is right.

This place is in a perfect spot for both a beach and shopping experiences. It was very clean and a perfect fit for our favorite place to visit.

The bedrooms were perfect. Perhaps have smaller chairs in the living room. There was a lot of furniture in the living room area. It was a very comfortable stay! It was also very clean. We loved the proximity to the beach snd Armand’s Circle!

The property is as seen in the pictures. The exterior is dated; however, the inside was very clean. The owners were very helpful when needed. And the location is great. Less than 5 minute walk to beach and 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops.

This spot has all you need in a beach getaway! The location is fantastic. We love Lido and will be back to stay here!

Location was perfect to beach , but was disappointed with outlets not working , chips on the floor when we checked in. An outside picture would have been helpful.

Very easy process and great communication! Clean and well stocked for a comfortable stay away from home.

No check in details were given out, when asked in app the owner stated 2 hrs before check in to 'call me for check in instructions' On calling owner they said property was mix up and to come to different address they had nice property we like. We went to check out the property, it was not what we booked, did not appear to be same quality and didn't have 2 proper bedrooms. At this point after travelling a long way they gave us no choice to accept as there was no other properties available on the holiday weekend. The cleaning lady tried to be accommodating by offering a second room but the owner said it was booked- no one stayed in it while we were there. The property was clean but did not meet the needs that we specifically booked for and the host could have let us know months prior if it had been double booked and we could have found something else. After booking 6 months in advance this was extremely disappointing experience. Vrbo were no help at all. Could not be reached by phone, and didn't call back after being cut off while trying g to resolve.

You are minutes from anything you could possibly want or need. Walking distance to the beach or to the shops! The property was the perfect size for our family of 4. Gino was great to communicate with and check in and check out were a breeze. Such a beautiful town and such a beautiful place to stay. We will be back again!

Great space for 4 adults. Have been visiting Lido Key for over 20 years, but this was first time using VRBO there. Will never stay at a hotel again - will reach out to Gino!! :)

Place excellent, very clean!! Close to pool and beach. Very easy commute to St. Armands Circle and down town of Sarasota on the Trolley bus for free.

This place was clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet! The cleaning lady was so accommodating! She gave us extra time when our flight was delayed! The outside patio was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans.
