Nice B&B with friendly staff on a good location to explore the south coast. The B&B was in walking distance from the center where some pubs we're located.

It was perfect. Beautiful scenery, rooms were spacious, parking at the rear(I was concerned about parking on the street so this was a huge bonus), they have a garden for guests to enjoy. The staff were lovely and courteous. We were attending a wedding so unfortunately we missed breakfast the next morning but it smelled delicious. It felt like a second home. We’ve had a lot of staycations and this is by far one of the best ones yet.
Nothing really, maybe just an option to have our breakfast kept in the fridge for later, even then that’s not really a big deal

Noel & his daughter Louise were very welcoming, hospitable & helpful - made useful recommendations about places to see & things to do, even dropping us down into the town on two nights of our stay

Very good location, especially if you have a wedding in Fernhill. Staff were excellent
In room 4 in the shower there was a used bar of soap that was not cleaned out. Also was made to chose the breakfast before seeing the menu and had to choose it the night before.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were all so friendly! There is a parking lot with a good few spaces so you can bring the car down. Very short drive to Inch Beach for a stroll and a coffee.

The staff were friendly and communicated clearly. The room was clean, comfortable and stocked with water/tea/coffee. There was good space for parking and the location was ideal for our stay. The full Irish breakfast was delicious the next morning.

Breakfast at the Melrose was delicious. There was a wide variety of hot foods made to order along with the usual cold breakfast. It was offered according to your schedule and in a very friendly manner. The room and breakfast were very good, but Noel and his family and staff were exceptional. They were so helpful and friendly in answering queries about sites, directions, even genealogy. They truly can't do enough to make your stay perfect.

The owner was so lovely and helpful. Stayed for a wedding so only spent a short time in the b&b but would definitely stay again. Breakfast in the morning was also very good.
