Great location, very roomy, and clean. Great customer service.

The location and pool were wonderful

The sleeper sofa's mattress needs replaced; you can feel all the metal frame bars thru the mattress. The icemaker didn't work.

Location was nice.

Property management difficult to deal with. No on-site security (safe) as was listed and in the on-site info book. Pretty thick layer of dust on most of window blinds. Rainstorm (normal) set up a "moat" outside the front door that trapped us for a couple of hours -- until a neighbor (NOT the management) started up a pump to remove the water. (The pump was already in place, so I expect this is a chronic issue -- not surprising in Kauai! -- my issue's with the management leaving it to a neighbor to help us out!)
