Esta es una suite de 6 habitaciones, todas con cuarto de baño en suite, 7 baños, un apartamento enorme junto al Parque Poblado. Wifi, cada habitación tiene un escritorio amigable vuelta, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, pantalla plana y caja de seguridad en cada habitación. Lavadora y dos secadoras. Balcones delanteros y traseros. Enorme área de cocina e isla para comer. El estacionamiento se paga en frente del apartamento, pero hay lotes más baratos cerca. 12 personas pueden dormir aquí. Si algo está mal, tenemos a alguien a dos cuadras de distancia para intentar ayudar. Estás cerca de todos los bares, la policía está a una cuadra de la calle más segura de Medellín.

The location is great and I really like the apartment but the owner Barry is unprofessional. I had already reserved the apartment a few weeks before the trip but I called to ask him if there is a fee to cancel because I told him 2 of my friends might not make it and I was looking to stay at a smaller apartment. He went off on me. He was bashing my friends and telling them to man up and pay. Then he said it's non-refundable. Why is he bashing me and my friends if he knows it's non-refundable? He could of said that from the beginning. I know he was frustrated but he needs to work on his customer service. Anyways I would never rent any of his properties ever again. I just had to be nice to him otherwise he won't let us stay at his apartment. Don't waste your time and look elsewhere! You'll just get a headache working with this guy.

Barry, Santiago, and Camilo provided very good service wherever and whenever possible. Very good house location. 6 AC bedrooms with 6 bathrooms in each of them. Perfect place!!

The apartment is huge with 6 bedrooms and baths. The neighborhood is quiet and one block from a police station. Very close to Barrio Colombia, Premium Plaza and Parque Lleras. I would recommend to any group.

My friends and I stayed in this beautiful apartment over the weekend. Wow! The apartment is very comfortable for a large group and located in a tranquil neighborhood, but more importantly the personal care is outstanding. Prior to our arrival I sent Barry an email; he responded immediately to my question. When we arrived I received another email checking to see if all was well and if we needed anything. Barry goes above and beyond to care for his guests.

I stayed in this apartment last week with a few friends and I loved it. Barry and the team at Poblado Rentals have done a fantastic job remodeling this property. In the small enclave of Manila in Poblado Medellin. There are dozens of restaurants shops, supermarkets, and you are two blocks from Avenida Poblado and 15 walk or 5 min taxi ride to Parque lleras.
