Very nice and accommodating host, he made sure I was always happy. Place is very pretty and clean, very close to beach. A big breakfast is served in a pretty common area. Host even took me to airport as I had an issue with the taxi. I recommend this place!

Antonio our host is a gem. Very pleasant, helped us a great way after we had the misfortune to have a car accident. The suite was very spacious and breakfast on the patio a treat. 3 mins walk to the beach. Perfect with children! A peaceful retreat 20 minutes from the hussle and bustle of Cagliari.

The decor is a little dated but some would find that aspect charming 😉

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the see-view from the house is also outstanding. The location is really beautiful and it is conveniently close to the beach and a bus stop. The hosts were very nice and always tried to help us if we asked anything.

It is relatively far from the city and there are no restaurants, shops or bakeries within comfortable walking distance. The issue with this is the fact that you cannot eat your own food in this B&B, not even in the garden where there are tables and chairs. This was probably the most inconvenient factor because we did not know this before our arrival. We would have been glad to clean up after ourselves, but it was strangely forbidden, so if anyone plans to stay here, just be aware of this.

Great location - 5 minutes from the beach. Friendly and enjoyable reception. Very good rooms, a big bathroom. Everything was great. I'd love to go back again. Thank you for hosting and hospitality!

This Villa is a perfect location for people who want to rest and swim without anything else. Clean room with air-conditioning and WiFi, healthy breakfast, kindly personnel, and less than one hundred meters for a public beach are all you need for an excellent vacation or weekend. To get to the Villa use PF bus from the central station, taxi service in Cagliari is expensive.

To get to a shop or to a city center you need to use a bus, it is not convenient, but this is the other side of living near the beach in a calm area.

The house is at the top of a hill. To reach it one has to climb 200 m of a high slope. The room is to the other side of the see front. The view from the room is only trees. Toilet and shower are a corridor away from the room. Regulations on staying in the house are written in 2 pages (in Italian). One stipulation is to be completely silent between 22:00 and 08:00. It is forbidden to use the Kitchen or its equipment. The nearest supermarket or restaurant is around 2 km away. No other services around. The city center is far and only one bus goes there (every half hour in best cases. I payed for 4 nights but ran away after the second night.
