Este condominio es hermoso, cómodo e intensamente conveniente para todo lo que Park City tiene para ofrecer. Al otro lado de la calle del ascensor y cafetería Silver Star, y a un corto trayecto en autobús o caminando al principal complejo de Park City. La ubicación ofrece fácil acceso al centro de Park City, Deer Valley, y está a menos de una hora del aeropuerto internacional SLC.

Condominio de 3 camas y 3 baños con cocina, lavandería privada, patio al aire libre. ~ 1,700 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable. Comedor con capacidad para 6. Sala de estar con TV por cable y Roku. Se pueden usar dos sofás cama Queen para acomodar a un total de 10 personas. El aterrizaje de arriba con un sofá cama se puede hacer privado con persianas enrollables.
Seré mayormente remoto pero accesible por teléfono. También tenemos un cuidador cercano para emergencias.
Lo invitamos a usar el patio exterior y el jacuzzi privado, pero le pedimos que lo haga de acuerdo con el manual de nuestra casa, es decir, que se abstenga de tocar música y observe horas tranquilas con respecto a nuestros vecinos, y que se asegure de que los muebles del patio estén siempre cubierto cada noche. ¡Gracias!

Few day visit to park City in off season
Second time staying at this property. Very convenient location. The unit is very clean. Everything ( including the internet) worked well. The hot tub was great. The property manager responded immediately for questions I had.

Nice townhome
Is a nice townhome with a great location and a fair price. It is a little bit worn and needs to be updated. It is three stories and we seldom used the third floor. It was more convenient for a person to sleep downstairs. We enjoyed the back deck as well as the Jacuzzi which was very clean. A nice peaceful setting.

Great place for a family ski trip.
Great location to easily walk and get on to the centralized Silver Star Lift with easy access to Park City and Canyons areas. Also, a 30 second walk to the bus stop that came in handy since we didn't have a car. Busses are free and come every 15min or so to take you to Park City Base, Downtown Park City and many other local areas. If you plan on cooking this place well equipped with quality pots and pans and all the utensils you will need. The hot tub is great and not the one shown on the listing but newer on a private deck area.

Excellent location. Bus stop right in front of property, but also an easy walk to the resort. Property was perfect for our family. Hot tub was excellent for relaxing after skiing. Would definitely stay again!!

We vacation with the approach of “moving in” for the week so that is how this review is approached.
The townhouse is very tastefully decorated and suitable for adults and families alike. The two master bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet and dresser space. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms very accommodating. The upstairs master has the connected deck with patio table and chairs which would be wonderful in warmer months. The loft could easily accommodate adults but is perfects for teen or older children. The stairs up to the loft are steep and may not be suitable for very young kids. A living room area just outside the upstairs master has roll down privacy screens and a pull out couch to create another bedroom area and the family room area also has a pullout couch. 10 could be accommodated as stated but 8 can stay in four separate, secluded sleeping areas without taking up the living room/dining room area. The kitchen is well appointed easily accommodating nice dinners each night. The jacuzzi is wonderful! The location, just steps off of the White Pines Nordic ski track/Park City golf course provides lovely views as well as a two minute walk to the Silver Star chair lift. Bus stop right on the street and a 5 minute drive to Main Street or Canyons Village. If/when we come back to Park City we will be looking to stay here!

Enjoyed our time!
Excellent property location to Silver Star lift. Confusing how to get there at first but there is an elevator access just a quick walk to the right of the complex entrance. Beds comfortable. Bedrooms can tend to get cold at night but if needed, they have portable room heaters in the closets of bedrooms. Hot tub big and spacious! Very handy the condo has a crockpot so dinner is ready when you get in from skiing. Had a great time!!!

This property was perfect for our 2 1/2 week stay in park city. Very nice, very clean condo in a convenient location . Kitchen was well equipped .jacuzzi was great. Had a couple of minor issues which were rapidly addressed by Tim ( property manager) . Would definitely stay there again

Spectacular!
Awesome townhome! We had four adults for a week. Woke up the first morning with a Moose camped outside in the backyard. Easy walk to the Silver Star lift, Sportshop and Cafe. Took “Lyft” to Main Street for the Sundance night life. Definitely recommend this unit to anyone wanting a great and relaxing week at Park City!

Great Place; Very Clean
This was exactly as described in the posting. It was in great shape and very clean. The property is well cared for and had everything we needed. Be aware this is probably not a very "little kid" friendly condo; there are steep stairs to the upstairs bedroom where the kids bunk beds are located. But for our family it worked great, we loved it.
