This property is a gem, nestled among other beautiful homes on Lido Island. Ideal for a family, it's just across the street from a private beach and playground for the kids and adults can take advantage of the docks and SUP rentals. In addition to the upstairs master BR, there are three other BRs that share a Jack and Jill bath and nice shower. Of course, the master BR has its own large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and an attached cedar closet. The bathroom heater was especially welcome on a chilly November morning. We've stayed in many vacation rental homes but this one was the most immaculately clean that I've ever seen. There was not one spot of dust on any surface. The spaces are comfortable and very nicely decorated. The linens are first-rate, too. Most importantly the owner was very responsive to all emails and questions. She answered every email, phone call or text within minutes and made sure we all had the best time. Will definitely be back and have already referred family and friends! Thanks again!

Location, location, location. This home is in the best place - we could walk to restaurants, the beach, kayaking. My family was in heaven! The pictures don't do it justice. Great spot for relaxing and enjoying what Newport has to offer. Recommending this property to all our friends!

This summer we decided to stay along the coast in Newport Beach and ended up finding a real gem! The property we chose is on an island, with ALL imaginable recreational sports just a block from the house. The property had a great, large enclosed patio for dining al fresco, and the house itself was impeccable, down to the last detail. We have 3 kids, so we were able to enjoy all the various amenities provided by the owners including beach toys, umbrellas, and many other goodies left for our use. The kids were either at one of the 2 beaches on the island, or they were kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, etc. - very tired by the end of the day! We did not want for anything - including snorkel gear! We had an absolutely wonderful time and would recommend this for a vacation to everyone wanting to stay in Southern California. We definitely give this property a 5 star rating!!!

They all work hard to make sure her property is well-maintained and that visitors are happy. There is care and concern for visitors that is genuine. We would highly recommend this property for a relaxing, safe and comfortable holiday vacation! We wish we could have stayed longer!

We were visiting Orange County for my brothers wedding. We had a lot of people coming from all over the United States, especially a large group of us from Chicago. We figured we would come early, enjoy the weather in Newport Beach and get situated before the 375 person wedding we had ahead of us. We came across this place on VRBO, and it was probably the best thing we could have done! The propety owner, is a gem! She was always available to help us if we had any questions. She was very patient and accomodating! I am so grateful that we were able to work with her and not a random property manager. Now that I have mentioned how wonderful she is, let me get started on the HOUSE!!! We had 4 couples that stayed in this house, while all the others stayed in hotels... majority of the time they were at this beach house enjoying the view and people watching. The house is adorable, has a garage, washer and dryer, kitchen, everything you need to feel at home! The view of the images on this sight do no justice, it is absolutely breathtaking! The house is spotless, beds are comfortable and the patio was very nice and large and private, and we were abe to sit out and have breakfast/lunch and dinner. We plan on coming to visit Newport Beach next year because my brother and his wife are expecting and we hope that this place is available again, to rent. You will have no regrets renting this beautiful beach house! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

This property was exactly as seen in the photos. We found the description accurate and the amenities, location, and home were absolutely perfect! For us, as an extended family, it had just the right accommodations with the four bedrooms. We did quite a bit of grilling on the bbq, so the large, enclosed patio was fabulous. The other thing that we quite enjoyed was all the great water sports we could do together with our kids that were located right at the entrance to the island. The shopping and dining was outstanding, within minutes of the property, and our favorite was the movie theatre within walking distance and the Starbucks right by it. If you want an island paradise, close to incredible beaches (2 private beaches right on the island for the young kids and the older kids), and close to great shopping malls and California attractions, this is the place!. We can't wait to get back!

This property was great to stay for a month that was needed for my family. Staying here for the month of May was a gorgeous time of the year and my family will always remember the memories we shared on this island vacation. We were able to walk to everything we enjoyed. The beach, restaurants, movie theater and shops were all within walking distance. We will definitely refer to family and friends and hope to visit again on our future extended vacation.

Also, if you like to walk, within walking distance is a movie theatre, dozens of restaurants, and of course the private beaches on Lido, as well as, Newport Beach proper.... without the noise and crowds! We can't wait to return and have recommended this property to our friends and family. Thank you for a great stay!

My husband really liked the large flat screen TV in the master and I loved the quality beds and linens and fabulous kitchen. Many nights we ate dinner outside in the private enclosed patio for bar-b-que. At sunset, we enjoyed the view from the second story veranda. We had a nice and relaxed vacation and the weather was excellent. This home is in a quiet street but you are close to all the activities so we enjoyed the best of both worlds. My husband and I decided to get away from the Chicago winter in January and make a trek out West - stayed for a MONTH! And it wasn't enough! We've heard of Lido Isle as a quaint and relaxing little island, close to everything like bars and shopping AND THE BEACH! And boy was it everything and more! Activities: We were able to go stand-up paddle boarding just a walk from the house. We took a duffy boat out just right off the island and drank champagne and watched the sun set! We went to Disneyland with my niece and nephew who flew in for a few days!! Of course, went to the beach! It was cool in January, but still a spectacular west-coast sunset with surfers at the shore. At the House: We had BBQs in the backyard with another couple that joined us for some of the stay. The house is so nice and welcoming, plenty of room to read a great book. I sat on the balcony and read my book while the sun set... my husband drank some beers and had a nice nap. Neighborhood: There were Christmas lights still up, and I hear around Christmas (the week before) there is a Boat Parade - hopefully we will come back next year to see that!!! All the boats are supposed to be lit up. Fashion Island - were able to see the gigantic Christmas tree and shop at Neimens, Bloomies, Nordstrom, Z Gallerie, and more! Lido Village - we had some wine at the wine store in there (forget the name!) and had Greek Food on the bay. Shopped at the Lido Drug Store and got some sea-shell goodies. THE HOME: Covered in beach goodies, seashells, paintings, posters, and perfect furniture for the beach theme. I wish I could buy some of the artwork in there! (The owner, Sil, let us know that she makes them herself! We are going to be ordering some for our bedroom and guest bathroom!) Big bedrooms, plenty of room for all our guests. And an AMAZING Master Suite. I don't want to say this because I don't want you to steal it from us, but... YOU HAVE TO CHECK IT OUT! It was Perfect!!! You will for sure enjoy it!!! We sure did!

My husband, kids (4 boys) and I stayed at this gorgeous and quaint Newport Beach villa and could not be more happy that we did. The property, itself, was spotless and warm all at the same time. It is very open with a ton of natural lighting and all updated fixtures and appliances. We were really amazed how the owner was able to blend the authentic, romantic, Tuscan villa style with modern advantages, i.e. electric stove, subzero fridge, AC, flat screen t.v.'s, etc. Each room was generously sized and furnished with everything you could want, from plush beds to clean, organized closet space and bureaus. In addition to the impeccable, comfortable home, which features a GORGEOUS patio and garden, including dining area and bbq that you just want to lounge in all day - oh! and a deck of the master bedroom with its own sunset seating area - the house is located on Lido Island which has several private beaches within 5 minutes walking distance (if that). This was IDEAL for us with our 4 kids because it was effortless to get to a gorgeous private beach with swimming, slides, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards. What was even better is that the area is SAFE so that the kids could walk down to Newport Beach, surf, swim, or ride bikes on the boardwalk, or walk to ice cream and a movie at the Lido Theatre and we didn't have to worry about them. There are also a ton of shops and dining options walking distance or only a few minutes drive, from Huntington Beach to Corona del Mar and Laguna Beach, which was nice for my husband and I to get away for a romantic evening or two :) Which brings me to my next point - the owner/manager (who helped us find a babysitter for these special nights). The owner/manager was great - super responsive, thoughtful, and informative - and very considerate. She thought of everything, from beach chairs to tennis rackets and balls to robes in the bathrooms! The whole experience was superb - fun, relaxing, and enchanting. We will definitely come back and have recommended it to all of our friends. We can't wait to return! Thank you, again!!
