Wonderful stay! They have used the space well...very organized and well apportioned. The owners went above and beyond expectations. Our luggage did not arrive with us and they accepted it while we were out for the day. Even put it inside suite for us. Very accommodating, friendly and quick to communicate we found a cute coffee shop on last day down the street called Flourist check it out!

Nice and comfortable properly

We had a super nice stay. The place is amazing. Super modern and clean. Well located in a quiet neighborhood within 15 minutes from downtown (gastown). Easy to find parking on the street. Please read the host's email carefully as I tried the wrong door. All my fault as the email was clear but I read it too fast and did not think there was two doors.

We had an amazing stay. The place was in great condition, very clean, and stayed a nice temperature even though it was quite hot outside. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and baths were well supplied. The host was very pleasant and easy to reach. The outdoor area felt very private and was a great place to enjoy my morning coffee, and we never had any problems finding parking. My two kids give it a 100 out of 10 rating and we're hoping to book it again.

The beautiful garden suite is exactly as it was pictured. Cozy and comfy everything you need to make your trip enjoyable. The back patio was nice and relaxing to have a bbq or just to hang out with a few friends. Our hosts were amazing and responsive to any questions we had. The location is close to everything you would need. Transit shops restaurants and parks. Overall a nice place to hang your hat.

Had a wonderful 6 day stay. Hosts were accomadating - helped create parking space and provided extension cord on request. Apartment is private and exceptionall well equipped with modern fixtures. Thank you

Adrian's place is a perfect getaway that is quiet, clean and comfortable. It is equipped with everything you could need. Wonderful neighborhood with easy access to downtown Vancouver.

We stayed at this lovely place for 4 days, and enjoyed it very much. The place was clean and fully equipped, the terrace overlooking the garden is a gem. The neighbourhood is calm and green and close to transportation (10 minute walk). Great hosts, very welcoming and helpful.

There is not much to say that hasn't been said in other reviews, but I will try. This place and its hosts are amazing! We had booked another place in March and were informed in May that it was no longer available. That was the best thing that could have happened to us, in hindsight! In addition to beautiful and clean accommodations, the hosts were quick to respond with a phone call when we couldn't figure out how to work the Apple TV! The neighborhood is very peaceful and the backyard and patio are delightfully green with well-manicured plants and a tree. We were able to easily access major roads for visiting all attractions. In addition to visiting typical attractions, we had an amazing meal at Grand View Szechuan Restaurant and caught a great live show at The Rio Theater. Both were within close driving distance. The only bad thing was having to leave!!! This was our first visit to Vancouver and we hope to return and stay at this lovely home away from home.

My wife and I had very comfortable time. This was great place for us, very clean, new appliances, great host, very convenient location for us. This has all you need and it felt like home, and very quite neighborhood. I enjoyed my coffee out door on patio looking at beatiful and peaceful garden. I finally find place to stay whenever iIgo to VANCOUVER. My wife and I give this place excellent rating. Thanks to host for taking care of the place so nice for people fell very comfortable, thanks for quick response to my quetions.

It worked well for my daughter and me, but might be a little cramped for four people. The living area is just a little small, but the patio is amazing and a great place to hang out. My one suggestion would be to put together a binder with a bit more information about the area. List of grocery stores, some restaurants, and other handy locations.

Every bit as lovely as the pictures, the suite was perfect for our group and is located in an area with great food options and close proximity to everything a person might need, including public transit. Super comfortable and very quiet at night, I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood. It is spacious and fairly new. The suite had a fully equipped kitchen and we loved having 2 bathrooms. The place was nice, modern and clean. Communicating with the host was easy and she responded promptly. We enjoyed staying at this property. Very clean and well- stocked with items we might need. Good quiet location. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back soon.

We loved this space! Very clean and roomy. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Loved the en-suite full bath. Amenities provided were great. Kitchen had basics like EVOO, salt & pepper, coffee, etc. Everything worked. Good selection of streaming apps. Easy in and out. Would love to stay here in the summer because the back porch is equipped with grill and nice seating. Easy parking and a short walk to nice parks and cafes. Neighborhood is quiet. Loved the kitchen. Everything was comfortable (beds, heating, sofa). Can't think of anything we didn't like. I love a place that provides clean white towels and smells fresh, not musty! Owners are quick to respond. Adrian was a great host - very responsive and helpful. The apartment is also very well appointed and outfitted with all the essentials for our stay. The space was perfect for the 3 of us. Location is also very convenient and close to many parts of the city. Would definitely come back to stay again!

Beautifully renovated, and furnished property in Vancouver. This property is well equipped to cook your own meals or just start out the day with coffee. Thoughtful items such as umbrellas are available. Within easy driving distance of different activities. I wish we could have booked sunshine for the whole trip but we did enjoy being outdoors finding all that was already blooming in the city.

My partner and I spent 5 nights here on a trip to celebrate her birthday. Everything about this place met or exceeded our expectations! The unit is wonderfully remodeled and decorated which makes it a perfect place to relax in. The kitchen is beautiful and nicely equipped which we appreciated as we made several meals during our trip. The location is also great! A SHORT walk will get you to neighborhood parks and a lovely little bakery (Flourist). Anything we wanted to do around the city was less than a 20 minute drive. Adrian was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We highly recommend this property if you’re in Vancouver and we will be back next time we are there.

This was the best find. It's tiny but we knew that and it worked well. Its so clean and welcoming...like walking into an HGTV home. Has everything you need. The beds and pillows are super comfortable and lots of closet space. Personally it was a bit chilly, so a washable throw would have been handy :) and I missed having more than one hook in the bathroom. Needed some for towels and one for clothes when coming out of the shower. And perhaps a fold down drying rack in the laundry area for things that can't go in the dryer. But again that is all we noticed and it certainly didn't hinder our stay. We would definitely stay there again. It is truly the best place we've stayed in.

We stayed for a week and loved it! Lovely suite filled with high end finishes and appliances, everything you could want or need has been thought of! Spacious and comfortable. Both bathrooms really nice, great to have ensuite laundry as well. Street parking was never an issue and we really enjoyed the location. Several great coffee places nearby. Highly recommend!!

Pristine lodging, lovely, quiet neighborhood, excellent bakery/coffee just down the block, close to public transportation. It was perfect for the three of us.

Great property - super comfortable and flawlessly maintained. Lovely patio and back yard area. One block walk to a bus line, or 15 minute walk to the SkyTrain. Commercial Drive restaurants a short bus ride away. Great home base for Vancouver exploration!

Bit of a musty smell to it, but it is a basment unit. Cute patio to sit outside. Could hear the people above walking around. Good for the price!!!
